Jun26-2009--In what is seen by many as a particularly nasty attack on punjab zardari ordered teh closing of the indus river links to punjab to give sindh 25000 cusecs of punjabi water...what is seen as particularly damaging is that there is no shortage of water at this time and sindh has made it an yearly habit of crying about water shortages and has been getting increasingly more water every year since teh tarbela dam was built...tarbela many note used to fill up by Jun15 but sindhs increasing withdrawals cause it to fill late and cause substantial losses in teh all important electricity generation...institutionally this is the job of Irsa and Zardari deliberately bypassed it showing his sindhi dictatorialism...many note that zardari has been fighting to get equality with his wife even after her death and many note a recent television report in which both Zardari and benazirs photos were hung together...it is almost similar to the much derided pervez elahi attempt who hung musharafs photos with that of teh quaid e azam...many regard zardari as not of the same level or quality of leader as Benazir even though he has been able to keep together PPP's top subordinate natured heirarchy bringing back some benazir opponents and sidelining a possible opponent or two...losing only a few at teh top in the first year...by the end of five years many suggest that he will probably be handling PPP's children...?

Jun26-2009--The pakistani cricket team looking at a windfall having gathered over Rs50 million in teh first few days...many say that people like kamran akmal, umar gul and saeed ajmal particularly unhappy at not being given the same level of praise as afridi...!!even fawad alam they say is miffed as his run out of albie morkel probably won them teh match against south africa...others talk of whether tarin will tax them... there is a small tax on winnings which probably applies to cricket players...

Jun26-2009--many are talking of teh surprise collapse of teh opposition in the budget session and there are rumours that there might have been a sell out...nawaz sharif is being blamed by many to have let the people go to hell as they say for a few personal favors...?many suggest that nawaz sharif has been looking at substantial loans to expand his empire as have teh chaudhries...and teh mqm is very easy to buy they say as usual happy to eat up sindhs share...others suggest that nawaz sharif not only sold the peoples rights to a fair budget but also gave away 25000 cusecs of punjabi water...others say sindh is trying to deny punjabs right to a proper share in indus waters prior to bhasha...zardaris dictation or orders overriding Irsa could be a constitutional case of mis governance

Jun26-2009--sindh builds canals even in deserts itself while critisizng the thal canal extension...food minister calls irrigation minister naive and says his new district ignored while even jafarabad and jhal magsi in balochistan are better developed...

Jun26-2009--Pakistan tells india that it is not responsible for terrorism in india and if india does not change its stance gods know what will happen there next ...like teh chenab water that india stole terrorism incidents are also water under teh bridge and suggesting work on only one item is counterproductive and impossible...india has never acted against anti pakistan groups and pakistan has done a lot in that regard and many think that there is not much else that pakistan can do without indian movements on a kashmir solution...india thinks that it can subjugate pakistan like teh USA...

Jun26-2009--Sindh speaker gets upset at the term interior sindh...they are used to show teh level of development in two distinct areas in sindh...such terms are used in other provinces like hazara, south punjab, potohar, balochistans pukhtun, brohi and coastal areas which clearly delineate various levels of development, prosperity and government patronage which do change with the times...for example yusuf raza gilani thinks punjab is somewhere in multan...
