July16-2009--The indian primeminister who is aligned to both teh US and Russia continued talking to thin air at the NAM summit rather than offering any concrete way out of indias continued occupation of muslim kashmir...if terror groups are tobe dealt with than pakistan has already done more than enough having already dismantled both groups involved in the bombay incident..it is india that should also start to dismantle its hindu dominated terrorist groups that terrorize muslims, christians and sikhs...It should also stop terrorism and abetting terrorism in kashmir where youth are still daily picked up and killed for no reason..while terrorism in pakistan has no reason or cause or religion in india it is directed at teh occupation of kashmir and indias suppression of them and other areas thru state terror...india has still not done anything about the samjotha blast...if india will not talk about a kashmir solution than what are pakistan and kashmiris todo...no improvement is reported in indian attitudes with pakistan still willing to lick their shoes for even a few crumbs...pakistan even refusing a joint statement if teh indians donot start normalising things...pakistan would many say be willing to go to any length even complying with an extradition request...but india is not willing to offer anything barring meaningless talks...

July16-2009--five militants and two civilians killed in aerial raids on south waziristan and rocket attacks on khechi in jandolla...troops with 25 tanks moved to miramshah from mirali...a curfew was imposed on convoy movement areas in north waziristan...one security personnel killed in a bomb attack at the banda checpost and two as an FC convoy hit an IED in bakakhel mandi , Bannu...

July16-2009--The SC backed out of adjudicating on a petition against teh PDL ordinance...saying that SC not teh proper forum for challenging such a government decision

July16-2009--Asif Zardari who is said to refuse anything that teh mqm dislikes is in a quandary over teh changes required in teh LG ordnance where teh provinces seek the powers to appoint administrators...with an mqm dominated LG system in karachi nobody else will have a chance as is also the case in punjab where all teh nazims are from teh PMLq...they also want magistrates reincarnated and if the local bodies deal only with municipal functions the power of the mqm especially will be diluted...in earlier reports teh mqm had apparently agreed to give teh PPP the governorship and teh karachi nazim position however zardari, asim and rehman malik keep thanking altaf hussein but get nothing in return...

July16-2009--In karachi a leader of teh outlawed SSP killed..in another incident an mqm-h man was killed...police say either that they have no clue or teh youth involved cannot be arrested...?In june 47 were killed and 21 in july...since this war started 48 mqmh, 20 mqm, 8 PPP, six ANP, three SSP, two pMLn, and three from various religious groups...while altaf hussein indicated today(assumed: that he might have ordered the killings on) the receipt of 28 letters which he said the government should read...the mohajirs should know that in politics nobody tells teh truth and going around killing opponents wont solve anything

July16-2009--Asim says that government at fault in only nomenclature of carbon tax which is the exact opposite of the peoples views...says diesel price rising internationally and government could start giving the price of next months tariff...says 71% gas produced in sindh,21% in balochistan, 6% in punjab and 2% in nwfp while usage is Punjab 46%, sindh 44%, balochistan 6% and nwfp 4%...pakistan never had a problem when gas was only produced in balochistan...sindh creates problems whenever it has to give something like water to balochistan...
