- Dec21-2009-- two nato oil tankers set ablaze near the western bypass in balochistan as men in a pickup fired on them
- Dec21-2009-- The NRO whatever its nature had swept under teh carpet destablizing conflicts of political victimisation, possible corruption, examples of brutal methods adopted by teh mqm to come to power in karachi and their suppression...it was basically intended as a peace offering by the musharaf regime in the hopes of a never ending illegitimate presidency...benazirs untimely removal ended teh militaries hopes and literally gave teh PPP a two year breathing space in which everybody sat around doing nothing...however teh NRO's removal has reignited fears and political conflicts which saw the dictatorial democracy destabilize as opponents saw ways to move into teh fissures and dying hopes of unending dynasties saw hopes rise as political power seemingly was once again up for grabs...the military went into a nine hour corp commanders conference as teh PPP designed face saving methods of accepting a confrontational judicial decision which had their ministers scrambling for lawyers and bail before arrests... The surprising conflicts between various institutions on personal accountability shows that teh judiciary, military(including the ISI), PMln and PMlq are all getting away scot free due to teh conflicts in teh PPP's attitude...both the military and teh judiciary have refused tobe scanned by outside forces while teh PMLn and PMlq are getting away due to the PPP's confusing attitude...while the attorney general was asked to resign after allegations now the PPP says that since nobody else(generals and ex generals,CJ,nawaz sharif, musharaf, PMlq etc..) resigned after allegations their ministers and president wont either as teh allegations are old and have gone thru teh judicial hoopla many a time...while nobody seems to want elections the PMlq suggests that a change might occur next year in which possibly the primeminister or even president could get teh boot while teh judiciary is being urged to sidestep constitutional protections to teh president by suggesting that islam gives no such protection...there is only teh caliph omar example who was willing to answer allegations why he got a longer chadar than others...that also suggests a musawwat(pun on the equality concept of the constitution) approach that is missing from pakistans elite ruled and taxation/foreign doles fueled governance...under islam the ruler is generally considered sacrosanct while some suggest that mischief makers can be executed or killed...?The whole imbroglio over the past three years saw allegations of petty corruption against the chief justice whom the military attempted to tumble out his position and murder charges against teh coup plotting power grabbing army chief and teh PMlq...The CJ who said pilfering petrol or getting a son a sifarishi job was not enough to charge him ineffect suggesting that the chief justice and army chief had total immunity against corruption charges...many suggest that many want the zardari loot divyed up(from legharis old initial allegation of 1 billion apparently he now has 1.5 billion)...one would have to suggest that the PMLn says that it was the one that initiated teh SGS/IPP contracts and must be given a share while according to teh corruption ridden or free rides to switzerland and back(NAB) there are twenty-five claimants of teh said zardari accounts...many have seen the supposedly honest army generals unable to handle accountability appropriately and the judiciaries behaviour seems to suggest that there is no honesty when a buck is available...others suggest that the army/ISI unable to get along with totally new unsubjugated faces whom they have never met or seen are thus dragging along the old setup minus one or two.....the PPP's slow approach to a new NAB has seen them get into trouble and everyone has to realize that there is nobody honest enough or even independent enough tobe an independent adjudicator on such matters because if u have sixty million... a few million can see a judgement go either way...obviously the PPP might be able to get a person more able than saif ur rehman or teh army generals or might be one of the few retired judges who might have an unimpaired wallet or vision...it is better to do such things as appointments on day one and tell teh incumbent/appointee to get on with it...Asif zardari too might take caliph umars example and explain teh swiss accounts although a sixty million chadar and an ajrak are totally different matters... to the people in a address or at a peoples gathering...if zardari is not claiming the accounts than he should tell the people...the matter is not about khappay only methinks...or the mukti bahini or mujibur rehman...many suggest that even mujeeb ur rehman had teh mukti bahini lay down their arms(one kalashnikov) in a public symbolic ceremony in front of him...Many however suggest that the power hungry yusuf raza gilani who had already urged asif zardari to be ready to move on has gained some power while ministers tumble around him...many opponents see his hand behind teh destabilizing conflicts as he prefers to stand around watching refusing to even present a viewpoint in the SC but always ready many say to issue some sort of a rejoinder after teh fact...others suggest that the PPP unable to find another consensus primeministerial candidate to replace him...
