• Jan19-2010--In what is being termed as the minimum or no democracy.. Gilani returned to parliament to sing his own praises and say that they just could not calculate teh high cost of rental power and had to hire ADP todo it who as usual said that they would have to raise electricity rates by around 50%...basic arithmatic gilani...?perhaps miskeen hijazi forgot to tell him how to divide and multiply..shares to state workers, 2 lakhs per tractor to agriculturists and 2 cent electricity to tubewells and now 2 lakh per plot to journalists...and billions to nwfp and bolton road is their policy...sab ke nuksanat ko pura karo aur awam ko takleef do......they only seem tobe helping all those who have employment and who can forget the 2000 per worker or poor...he now is apparently also friendly with the baloch and teh judiciary and wants the resolution of contentious issues with india obviously since they are unable to even mention kashmir..however trader zardari wants trade with india and apparently thinks he is a drone of some kind...? it might be made clear to gilani and zardari that the state can generate teh same electricity at around 5-8 cents...hydel at 1-2 cents..IPP 6-13 cents, rental 14-21 cents and wind/coal 18 cents...nuclear probably 3 cents...the government is now selling the same electricity to various groups at 2-20 cents
  
• Jan19-2010--government unable to ensure sugar supply despite its prices being raised to Rs45 (utility) and Rs70 (open bazaar)
  
• Jan19-2010--PPP is making much of its politics of the dead and giving blood sacrifices although how teh suffering populace is a beneficiary of that is unclear since they are being made to suffer all teh burdens of their terrible governance...many are of the opinion that cheaper atta, sugar, petrol, electricity and gas would be more preferable to the PPP's dogma of unending rhetoric and provincial subordination
  
• Jan19-2010--The government has yet to remove the NAB chairman despite teh SC decision while NAB wants a review of that
  
• Jan19-2010--Asif zardari delaying elevation of two LHC judges to the SC
  
• Jan19-2010--The sindhi zardari's problems with the punjab continues as he toured punjab when teh chief minister was away...PPP now says that PMLn keeping its ministers away from his functions
  
• Jan19-2010--ten killed in north waziristan operations as girls schools is blownup in khyber and four militants killed in swat
  
• Jan18-2010--ADP says government at fault in rental contracts and they will cause huge problems as gas is unavailable and their cost will be around 21 cents and electricity rates will have to be raised by upto 45%..why government cant do its own arithmatic is unknown
  
• Jan18-2010--drone attack kills 20 in shaktoi
  
• Jan18-2010--38000 baloch apply for jobs
  
• Jan18-2010--seven militants killed in swat and kurram
  
• Jan18-2010--baloch PPP workers suggest that what khapas and what does not is invisible to PPP's dictatorial rulers...baloch want izzat while punjabis would be happier with cheaper utilities and atta/sugar
  
• Jan17-2010--government seeks a review of the NRO SC judgement which it says contains serious errors as well as an un needed haste when it had previously given a judgement in favor of teh NRO..accuses court of interference in governance and not recognizing authority of attorney general...government dumps kamal azfar
  
• Jan17-2010--suicide bombing on military vehicle in poonch kills two soldiers
  
• Jan17-2010--taleban say hakeemullah alive who was rumoured to have died in Jan14 drone attack...US reports say he might have been injured and escaped after teh drone attack...taleban leaders only survive by continuously keeping on teh move
  
• Jan17-2010--Nacta to take six months to frame anti terror strategy...Nacta which generaly investigates involvement in terrorism seems to want a verbal media/definition/policy framework while counter terrorism involves interdiction,covert action, investigation as well as an undercover apparatus
  
• Jan17-2010--pakistan opposing indian involvement in afghan solution..many have suggested that the indians should contribute troops as the US evacuates while others suggest that the indians as part of its workshare against terror train 80000 afghan troops...indians would do well to end their regional trouble making and integrate themselves as an equal in the area...
