• Jun28-2016--Modi who impresses the USA with anti LT rhetoric finds no one to talk to in Pakistan...Unfortunately he wants to eliminate poverty in Pakistan which he cant eliminate in india...he does not realize that Pakistani poverty is not his issue nor can he do anything about it...the issues between the two countries are ones that he does not want to address or talk on...when he wants to address the real issues than anyone can do the talking from a government minister, foreign office official or even a retired general...maybe he should see a phsychologist and address his brain matter first...!The US too is pretty stupid in encouraging india to focus on meaningless issues...
  
• Jun28-2016--The PPP too files a reference against the Nawaz Sharif clan for disqualification...both the PPP and PTI need to get rid of Nawaz Sharif at least to have any chance at the next elections...The ECP is non functional and many do not see the consultation on new members who now can be beaurocrats or faujis to come about quickly...
  
• Jun28-2016--Chaudhry Nisar probably does not realize that the army does not know much about police work and obviously will not know much about how to train them...police work is very different from army work...under present conditions political and army attitudes the 20000 new police personnel for Karachi will be hostage to the GHQ...with the army and Rangers having no sense of responsibility as has been demonstrated by those that have tobe nabbed and controlled...Unless the political groupings want peace and normal police work nothing can be achieved...everyone from actors,politicians, corp commanders to police chiefs want personal protection or bullet proof vehicles...that obviously does not improve the situation for specific groups or the people...now probably actors and singers too will go around with police guards...over time it only serves the interests of a few...
  
• Jun27-2016--The army chief relies on meaningless rhetoric rather than berating his men for a poor performance...combined with that Wasim Akhter one of the top mqm men runs away from the country...it seems that while some of the political violence may have been controlled the army was caught sleeping on some of its past performances...they forgot that the mqm thrives on such activities and the taleban only need a few individuals for such actions...Unless army officers know that they too will be taken to task for such outbreaks they too will not remain on their toes...
• Jun27-2016--wile capt safdar was elected from a Rawalpindi constituency the PMLn has allowed massive funds for his mansehra residence area...that leaves a sour sense for the Rawalpindi constituency that elected him and also leaves many in the PMLn upset at the favoritism for the ghar damad...!

• Jun23-2016--amjad sabri a famous qawwal shot dead in Karachi by two motorcyclists...possible cause a blasphemy allegation...!the mqm suggests that he was close to their party which raises suspicions of a retaliatory attack...the pistols used are not the normal 9mm common amongst the political riff raff...others suggest internal mqm rivalries or an attempt to suggest that law and order has not improved that much and killers hide in every nook and corner of Karachi...the PPP has resisted the mqm nomination for mayor and wants a neutral choice...others suggest that the Rangers too should take responsibility and the Rangers chief should be replaced...tongue in cheek are suggestions that Pervez Rashid is the behind the attack to takeaway pressure from the Nawaz Sharif clan embroiled in Panamagate...with Nawaz Sharif enjoying life in England the army chief too is on almost daily foreign tours and the country is at best rudderless and drifting...the IMF protagonist ishaqdar suggests that subsidies to the countries richest are not the same as subsidies to the countries poor which are abhorrent to the world bank/imf/PMLn

• Jun21-2016--The TOR war continues with the opposition seeking a meaningful denunciation of the foreign funders...the PPP seeking leadership of a street war while Imran threatening even in this hot weather...Aitezaz Ahsan wont be able to bring out anybody onto the street and a meaningful protest needs significant numbers of people in all major cities ...The PMLn riff raff having lost hopes in nawaz sharif leaving behind a decent leadership are talking about the "targeted killing of the PMLn"..the raheel-shareef era may end together...!!!
  
• Jun21-2016--As the Raheel Shareef era grinds down to a slow and painful end many are looking at how a supposedly marketable shaheed relative has gone from a literal high to a post war low...he literally used propaganda and the ISPR to propagate himself on the internet...initially they also wanted drama's and films to make the army famous but that and the internet campaign failed as Nawaz Sharif and raheel tried to portray two ends of a government living under different flags and different economic conditions...the key points seem tobe the Rangers subjugation of the mqm in Karachi and London, some anti corruption campaigning in Karachi and balochistan and the almost three year long zarb e arab which saw the shifting of north Waziristan's population to get at huge ammunition dumps...another aspect was the military courts which were slowly brought to a halt with the irreverent hangings without cases and regular courts disapproval...the afghans trying to shift towards iran and india was another low as raheel had tried to affect relations directly...the end however saw the army almost humiliated at torkham by the lowly afghans and Nawaz Sharif lording it over the country with his personal wealth looted over half a century from the poor of this country...the panama cases and the armys literal protection of Nawaz Sharif by not allowing a standin prime minister showed the poor status of democracy however it did seem to end any hopes for Miriam as a possible PMLn benazir rising from the ashes of the sharifs loot and plunder...and surprise raheel shareef seemed to to put up an ISPR supposedly media savvy general as a possible successor...he however seemed to immediately suffer from the tag of a news leaker...people suggested that he be shifted to bollywood rather than the GHQ!!!strange things have happened in this country but nothing more stranger than that...the meaningless projection of the CPEC showed the almost total failure of coal power plants and slow completion of other power projects...many wondered why the government wanted a huge road for just a few Chinese trucks a month...the era was also compounded by military corruption and attempts at land grabbing and high prices for the people...while the richer segments in Punjab ran around in green pickups and double cabins the poor looked on and asked the cyclewala when his green pickup would be delivered...!!supposedly the green scheme was for the unemployed but people only saw the middle income rich like shopkeepers and contractors riding around in them while Peshawar is one of cities most flooded with green cabs

• Jun19-2016--PTI jehelum candidate wants an early election on NA-63 which has been postponed until the ECP is properly formed...many are seeing a possible jumpin by Miriam Safdar on an easy seat tobe prepared if Nawaz Sharif resigns in October...!!li>Jun19-2016--Abdul Sattar Edhi only in hospital for dialysis..people had already started rumours of his imminent death and naming airports after him...!

• Jun17-2016--Raheel Shareef in a meeting in Peshawar has decided to end the failed or partially successful Zarb e arab...for reasons that are best known to the afghans they now want to fight over the Durand line which was demarcated over a century ago...many suggest that the handing over of Angoori Adda has emboldened the afghans and the Pakistani's lacklustre response to afghan firing at Torkham...others suggest that the Indians and US are bent upon creating trouble spots...
  
• Jun17-2016--Raheel Shareef who has always taken center stage backs out of the afghan confrontation...Chief of Staff Gen Zubair Mahmood Hayat who could be one of the possibilities for army chief talked to the afghan ambassador on Torkham and said an agreement had been reached ..however later the afghan ambassador backed out...many suggest that the Indians maybe behind the fiasco as the gates are meant to stop any contraband or military goods even at the last moment...Raheel Shareef is being criticized towards the end for his lackaidaisical attitude in handing over Angoori Adda to the afghans in almost similar fashion to Gwadar...many say than u can handover torkham and wagah to the afghans and Indians too...the governments attitude under Nawaz Sharif and Raheel Shareef has been to depend on foreigners rather on the countries own expertise...
