• Jul13-2017--our politicians have no conscience...! that is borne out by Nawaz Sharifs hat dharmi at the JIT report and refusal to resign...!apparently the PMLn has given up the stance that the panama scandal was the brain child of the pakistani military, judiciary, establishment or ISI...!They now say that it is the JIT which is packed with their enemies...!

• Jul13-2017--Like the sindh government which denotified operation of NAB to the extent of Sindh the only way for Nawaz Sharif to get out of the mess he and his family have created is to pass a constitutional amendment ending articles 62 and 63...
  
• Jul13-2017--The JIT report suggests that Nawaz Sharif might be suffering from dementia as he is unaware of what is happening around him...other info coming out of the JIT that a UAE company paid Nawaz Sharif 10000 dirhams per month for almost eight years...company setup by Nawaz Sharif himself and seemingly a conduit for dubious funds..The JIT has also made harsh comments about the nature and attitude of Capt Safdar...If the views of the sharifs and the JIT are put together than the sharifs owe the qatar rulers a huge amount...$12 million for buying the flats ...rent for almost 27 seven years...loans of upto $12 million plus interest to the sharif kids and others...that could come to 50-60 million dollars which is why the huge ruckus is being raised...on top of that the PMLn itself gave Nawaz Sharif around 45 million...what the judiciary is going to make of the report and whether it answers their doubts is another question mark...?The JIT only approves of Rehman Maliks record of the Hudaibya Paper Mills but calls rehman malik unreliable...nawaz sharif's family also is a fake mian clan...They are descended from someone called sharif tandon(meaning sharif teen daba wala)in india...!and they initially lived in gawalmandi lahore...given that they have risen much further than most immigrants and they do not seem to have lost anything...while in politics...!The judges must realize that the sharifs are into dubious financial dealings on an almost daily basis...!
  
• Jul13-2017--The army chief who has been at the forefront of pakistans CPEC propaganda again urges people to benefit from CPEC...people as he knows are not going to benefit in any way from CPEC...pakistan has all sort of logistics and one can hardly understand what type of trucks the army chief wants to replace them with...there is also at the moment no huge need for trucking on the CPEC highway...the one belt concept is hardly of any use to pakistan and is only beneficial to china which has huge and diversified exports...most of pakistans exports are not expected tobe handled by CPEC infrastructure...Infrastructure improvement can only help exporters and truckers...giving all contracts to chinese companies is hardly of any benefit to the people and the chinese seem tobe of no help in technology improvements or human resources...under the system pakistan will continuously fall behind in technology enhancements if they donot do things themselves...turning pakistan into a chinese slave will hardly benefit the country or its people...just talking of benefiting from something without understanding what that benefit is or not is incomprehensible...at best it is a propaganda tool for the army as its hirelings in government stutter and become useless politically...The army chief apparently alongwith Mullah Fazlur rehman want to use CPEC to get Nawaz Sharif of the hook...The PMLn has almost given the entire implementation of the economy federal and provincial to the chinese who have agreed to not only to fund the projects but also handle their construction thru chinese companies...nowadays no international companies bid for projects in pakistan apart from the chinese...The army chief should also consult the chinese for the new type of trucks that he wants and also consign it to CPEC...!
  
• Jul12-2017--Nawaz Sharif refuses to resign and decides to contest the JIT report..PTI calls for resignation of all top PMLn contenders as well...The JIT report suggests that Mariam Nawaz is a very clever forgerer and there was no existence of a trustee...She therefore becomes the defacto owner of the London flats...!ECP says no funds allocated yet for 2018 elections...!Nawaz Sharif says that his wife did not know the actual story even in 2000...she had stated that they had bought flats in London possibly around 1990 in which their children would stay... who were studying and could could not stay in hostels.In another report Shabaz sharif attempts to become a non controversial heir although he too received more than a hundred million from the sharif children...!Nawaz Sharif under questioning showed no knowledge of any financial dealings and NAB decisions but remembered that his sons are living in the london flats since 1990...he says that despite being a rich person his father funded his childrens education!
  
• Jul12-2017--The CJ also asks Imran Khan to explain how he acquired the London flat in 1983 for 117000 pounds...another judge suggests that since Imran Khan has not held high office he cannot be charged under article 62 and 63...In any way he has regularized his flat under a musharaf amnesty...!Imran Khan supposedly made 70000 pounds while playing for Sussex and also earned from the Kerry Packer scheme...they say...nowadays players like Younis Khan and Salman Butt have accumulated over 90000 dollars per year without directly playing for a county...

• Jul11-2017--The JIT says that the sharifs have submitted fake documents and are guilty of of having assets beyond their known sources of income...their children suddenly came into large amounts of money and that their companies in pakistan are either non functional or loss making...they reccommend filing of references against the primeminister and his family in NAB...They have found numerous dubious transactions to and fro from pakistan, saudia and england...Ishaq dar also came into possession of 5million pounds suddenly which he invested in the UAE...Nawaz Sharifs wife is also said to have assets beyond her known income...a president of National bank is said to be involved in the sharifs money laundering...The surviving three judge bench which was earlier a five judge bench will start hearings on the 17th...they have also issued contempt notices to a journalist and a newspaper and sought PMLn speeches in which they have called the JIT report trash...The JIT has categorically rejected the assertion that 12 million dollars originated in the UAE and they said there were no sources of funds that could be identified for the purchase of the London flats...The courts could investigate how the flats were purchased by the sharifs as the qatari submission was totally discredited by the JIT...The JIT also said that nawaz sharif evaded replying to its questions and tarik shafi did not give the qatari 12 million dollars...they have also said that nawaz sharif seems tobe the beneficiary of most funds even though most of the sharif bussinesses are supposedly family owned...only nawaz sharifs wife is said to have regularly submitted tax returns...!In theory the court has to decide whether sharifs are lying openly and whether the JIT has provided sufficient proof either way...The pathetic Corp commanders conference has said that they will only look after national interest...after refusing to help the saudis in yemen the commanders apparently also discussed the middle east situation...Though the pakistan army has avoided all participation they seem tobe on the iranian shiite side...The only change is the reoccupation of Mosul after bombing it to the ground by the iraqis...The syrian situation also sees a reduction of ISIS power however the syrian government and opposition have maintained their power bases amidst reports of a US-russian ceasefire...There has also been a military exchange on the iran pakistan border where four corpses were found afterward...
  
• Jul10-2017--JIT report tobe submitted today...The report which was ordered by a SC bench seems tobe reccomending that sharifs be dealt with by the toothless controlled NAB which has fallen over backwards to help the sharifs as did previous courts...however the only point tobe considered by the SC bench whether reconstituted or not is whether there is sufficient ground to ban Nawaz Sharif who seems tobe guilty of receiving dubious gifts and funds and could/should be declared ineligible tobe primeminister or participate in future elections...The JIT has comeup with more information but was unable to lure the qatari PMLn friend to testify...The PMLn is reported to have done its utmost to discredit the JIT however they have seemed to reject the report even before knowing the contents which is immaterial anyway as it is the court which requested the JIT...who will study the report that is all five former judges or only three is yet tobe known...The judges have not sat down together and the constitution of the full bench is not clear...The corp commanders have also been called to meet today...whether they will use national security to remove or support Nawaz Sharif is not known...upto now the army leadership seems hand in glove with the nawaz sharif cabinet...The army has been against removing the primeminister even when he disappeared for three months...!The top contenders were supposed tobe too weak to topple nawaz Sharif...Ishaq Dar was seen tobe unsteady in his presentation to the JIT and more accusations against have surfaced including one of getting married secretly to marvi memon who runs the 100 billion BISP...!...His character is doubtful viz Nawaz Sharif even when he is a relative but nobody considers him tobe a viable alternative in the party but the army might force his appointment in case of a court removal...others considered more appropriate seem tobe Khawaja Asif, and Chaudhry Nisar although there are a couple of hardworking relatively less controversial alternatives...the speaker national assembly could sneak thru if the PMLn wanted a total break from the past...!other alternatives could be that the army forces a new national assembly election since the provincial elections could throw up similar assemblies...!The JIT has interviewed numerous individuals and is supposedly submitting a ten volume report ...The tenth volume in about pending investigatable matters...!The PMLn has attempted to suggest Mariam Safdar as an alternate to Nawaz Sharif but many consider it tobe unfeasible as she has not even contested an election and is deeply involved in the sharifs panama scam...!
