Dec15-2023--February 8 polls hit a snag after the LHC suspended a ECP appointed RO's and DRO's from the beaurocracy...the judge failed to realize that their was mischief behind the PTI petition...The courts have already refused to provide judicial officials...instead of suspending the order the LHC should have simply ordered the countries high court CJ's to make available judicial officials as required by the ECP...There is technically no problem in appointing beurocrats as that was also done in 2018 and is according to the law...
Dec14-2023--Baluchistans caretaker information minister in a tweet on X that he deleted later urged the government to restart US drone bases as there was no other method to control terrorist groups inside afghanistan...he also suggested reprisal attacks inside afghanistan...he supported current policy of special targeted operations, air strikes, border closures, return of afghan refugees and anti TTP /TTA opposition gatherings in islamabad that must be considered...he must realize that there were supposedly 1.5 million afghans inside Pakistan and not that many are returning...Pakistan has previously experimented with a US drone base in dalbandin...while it supposedly usually targeted positions in afghanistan it also mainly targeted returning taleban comanders and TTP top leaders here. However after a nato operation against a pakistani forward position killed 22 soldiers it was wound up...he said after the SC decision the law will take its course and deal with those who spread chaos...the baluch minister is probably suggesting an extreme position which is difficult for the liliputian pakistan army and government...however the visit of the army chief could be to discuss options of either Pakistan buying a few military drones or a US drone base or in the extreme a military coup to deal with the situation...earlier drone attacks were said tobe approved by the US president but in actuality they were approved by a pakistani major general pasha and nato and us officers in a three man committee. That military officer now works for the PTi and could be behind the may9 attacks and supposedly terrorism of the TTP...others suggest that the army chief maybe on a farewell visit as his policies have completed failed to dent terrorism and the governments antagonistic anti people policies...the afghan government has however said that it would investigate the TTP attack in DI Khan...Pakistan is in danger of looking like a wobbly afghan client state rather than vice versa...
Dec14-2023--CJ Qazi faez issa is running into problems from other judges..one of the senior judges objected to the two senior judges setting up judge panels without him...isa retorted that judge ahsan usually runs off to lahore mid friday to spend his weekend...another judge up for a SJC hearing says the courts should treat him like issa was...he said if Issa's wife could buy three houses in england than he too could invest in properties worth billions...he should go with the procedures if he wants tobe absolved of billionairing...and get a letoff..it is probable the court should at the least set guidlines for wealth accumulation of senior judges..anyway making millions is the prime function or objective of lawyers and now judges it seems...!maybe the judge should show that he has been paying due taxes on the properties or billions in earnings/investments(sic)...!
Dec14-2023--A large six judge SC bench suspended the courts short order declaring the pakistan army act unconstitutional for civilians or military trials of civilians...in times of war the military is the sole judiciary for any sort of violent acts against the state or military...the imran led PTI went on a rampage(war) against military structures/state and one does not know why destruction of military properties via arson or destruction cannot be considered terrorism...it was a imran led war against the fauj's COAS as his statements make clear...the suspension however did not go far enough and said the military courts cannot acquit or sentence the 103 military antagonists at the moment...May9 was in no way a democratic expression or even a demonstration in any kind of interpretation...colonels and majors do head military trial courts and only a more senior officer heads the trials when the under trial is a senior officer...the military trials are usually decided by the judge advocate general who must be heard by the court...one also does not know when in a previous instance the PTI a new and uncontrolled/unrestrained political entry into politics opposed military trials of civilians...? the only opposition came from a pukhtun women judge mussarat hilali who did not know how they could stop a court short order...the court generally does not oppose a court final order but this order was conflicting with the actual situation when all the militancy was against military structures barring the burning of the radio pakistan office in peshawar...while the court has found the blocking of one highway and roads obnoxious in the context of the TPL faizabad demonstration they said nothing when the shiites blocked roads thruout the country...or even the PTi blockage of major highways on May 9 and earlier...the PTI designs obviously were militant and terrorist in nature...however giving a late January date for hearing the case suggests that they want to delay as much as possible so that the people or administration may start to think that this was usual in political/judicial antics...

Dec2-2023--the other issue coming up is the PPP baby Bilawal complaining that he should be considered for primeminister...if the PPP was slated for a win lets say 80 seats than that would be possible...at the moment the PPP can only be said to gain 30-40 seats plus any they win in south punjab...the problem is that making children primeministers is more problematic than bringing an experienced oldtimer...at the moment the precise outcome is not clear and maybe most parties will come out in around the 30-40 mark and a coalition of at least three bigger parties may happen...at the moment the situation of the army chief herding around the caretaker might be the future scenario too although Nawaz is probably more likely tobe less controllable than others...anyway a senior elder statesman is probably going tobe the PPP choice in the difficult to think of a PPP coming out tobe the biggest party...
Dec 2-2023-- Dawn says that the entire PCB selection process is tainted...with the likes of salman butt, kamran akmal, rao iftikhar anjum and wahab riaz having spot fixing allegations...while salman butt was a top batsman of his time he was not allowed to play again...wahab riaz apparently loaned his jacket to cover tainted money and kamran akmal probably dropped catches because of technical inadequacy...however kamran akmal was a big hitter and played well later in his career...wahab riaz while one of the top fast bowers did not stake his name to real fame...The spot fixing took place on a tour to england in 2010...the money apparently was for betting rather than the allegations of deliberate over stepping...while australian ball tamperers though having bigger reputations played after only two years...pakistani spot fixers should have cried on public television like the australians...wahab riaz has probably gained some backbone/expertise after his stint as sports minister...
Dec2-2023--in an affront to democracy PTI supposedly nominates gohar ali khan as party chairman....The lying lawyer did not even allow a token opposition and the ECP should reject the sham election as nobody else was allowed to vie for the post and supposedly an unknown panel also brought in without a vote...that is imrans probable agenda on how democracy should work...nominations not elections...apparently the crooked lawyer immediately asked rickshaw drivers from buner to attack others...Imran technically is now history as he has sold the PTI to his lawyer...to pay his bills...many say he is still a member of the PPP and works for aitezaz ahsan anyway...!
