• 1 May,2010--The SC verdict on the 54 grade 22 officers promotion has been hastily amended and now it does not state that the government had violated the articles 4, 9 and 25 of the constitution...violating the constitution is a removable offence as far as primeministers go they say...?
  
• 1 May,2010--Ex MI chief and rawalpindi police chiefs refuse to back down on hosing the benazir assassination site...many say they have stuck to the view that they had nothing todo with it or that they had the right to do it...In military ruled pakistan when such things occur everyone from the IG police to the ISI chief and MI chief and army chief and IB chief are involved in things..if they say they had nothing todo with a decision than they are obviously lying...
  
• 1 May,2010--Pakistan seems to have capitulated on composite talks which comprised issues decades old which have never been solved by the indians...now the word composite dialogue is history...many say it means that u talk only about what the indians want to hear...!!

• 1 May,2010--petroleum prices raised again...one wonders what is the reason left for governmental control of prices...governmental control is expected to keep things steady rather than volatile as various inputs can be upped or downed to keep one price...
  
• 1 May,2010--In what looks a suspicious act pro lal masjid mullahs Khalid Khawaja a former ISI man killed by kidnappers known as the Asian Tigers for spying for america...killing their own supporter makes teh tigers look like an army unit...apparently a drone attack took place on waliur rehman after khalid khawaja met him..two others in custody of kidnappers...
  
• 30 Apr,2010--multiple rockets fired at quetta where supposedly indian backed militants show no signs of backing down in their violence ridden campaign
  
• 30 Apr,2010--suspicions remain as to whether the pro retaliation/violence prone hakeemullah mehsud is still in charge at the helm of the terrorist forces of the taleban...things had quietened down and many assumed that either the taleban were short of men and material or a new more pro pakistan man had taken over..others argued that renaming might have a positive effect but to no avail...many think that martial law should be declared in the tribal areas to delink civilian governments and areas from their retaliations/trouble making......however attacks have restarted in peshawar as the pakistan army issues an ultimatum to swat taleban to surrender as operations continue in volatile orakzai and probably north waziristan is now the hub which has as yet escaped the armies wrath apart from at the start of the anti taleban operations several years ago

• 30 Apr,2010--In Bhutan manmohan was told that the bombay accident was probably curiously related to his urdu interpreter and might have happened to get him elected...anyway he wants talks agin...earlier the Bhutan king asked gilani if he wanted them to help him on his energy policy but he declined saying manmohan only wants cooperation on terrorism alone...probably that means long sentences for the people arrested in pakistan whether there is evidence or not and a hanging for ajmal kasab wherever he came from...
  
• 30 Apr,2010--This government has a strange hit and run tactics policy as the ED of Pims rammed her car into a few nurses blocking her path and was fired...makhdoom shahabuddin is really a fast man otherwise if it was upto zardari or gilani it would take months if not years to accept a resignation or start work on benazirs assassination or work on their electricity load shedding policy or accept sherry rehmans resignation or start work on bhasha dam(unfortunately already inaugurated by musharaf)..they have just tendered for the bhasha workers colony and related infrastructure and work should probably start in two to three years...completion by 2019...effects on electricity load shedding...expected tobe none.......!!
  
• 29 Apr,2010--SSG men sidelined as SSG GOC LG haroon Aslam moved to ERRA and rawalpindi corp commander replaced by LG Khalid nawaz who was as they say khuday lined at the Staff College Rawalpindi...former ISI chief Nadeem Taj moves to GHQ as adjutant general from gujranwala...the former corp commander rawalpindi also an SSG man will now run the federal government run schools and colleges in the cantonments as incharge of evaluation and safety at GHQ

• 29 Apr,2010--Farhatullah baber changes the black mercedes story and says we were following police orders and waiting for benazirs car when the blast occurred and police than directed us to move on while rehman malik earlier said he had taken permission from benazir to move ahead to the zardari house...!!Maj gen nadeem Ijaz refuses to accept rumours that he ordered hosing down of the benazir assasination site and all...that leaves CPO Saud Aziz as the man to take the blame for the security fiasco...PPP going after administrative failings rather than the actual culprits...
  
• 29 Apr,2010--In a landmark decision the SC cancels an order for the promotion of 54 officers to the highest grade by the primeminister who had pleaded that there were no rules or procedures in place and that he could road roller seniority and select whichever sect,family or ethnic ...included were a couple of famous names..names of khosas abounded as many also said that gilani had favoured shiites...!! however most were promoted on sifarish from altaf hussein, shabaz sharif...superceded officers win as promoted officers had pleaded that they were the best and had no black marks on their records
  
• 28 Apr,2010--The pakistan army specializes in wiping the scene clean after an operation...In the Lal Masjid as people slept they killed over a hundred and than wiped the scene clean as if nothing had happened and nobody knew whether they had killed 400 or a 100...the musharaf relative major Gen Ijaz nadeem the than MI chief and culprit of the CJ scandal and friend of Iftikhar chaudhry is now being questioned whether he ordered the scene of Benazirs murder hosed down...why such a controversial person is still serving under a democracy is a wonder to many...under normal circumstances the scene of a crime is cordoned off for at least two to three days if not 24 hours
  
• 28 Apr,2010--In Quetta the anti teacher BLA guns down a mohajir professor of the BU..Raisani the PPP chief minister is doing nothing to stop the ethnic killigs
  
• 28 Apr,2010--The MQM many say now has agreements with the PPP, PMLn and PMLq ready to ditch anyone if the other comes to power...many say both PMLn and PPP will give them border line seats in the local bodies

• 28 Apr,2010--rumours abound about the involvement of hakim zardari,asif zardari and rehman malik(zardari relative) in the benazir assassination...rehman malik apparently found it difficult to understand why she was so happy(when she was going tobe killed)and apparently said i had to leave the scene of the crime as i couldnt stand seeing her killed...hakim zardari apparently blamed her for destroying his sons political career and his family and many say asif accused her of immorality while others say she also thought of him as not honest in the relationship to her...others say rehman malik in cahoots with musharaf and the ISI/FIA and working against her...?others say she might have ended in trouble because she wanted a share in asifzardari's illicit earnings...while still others say that one of them organized it with the criminal pukhtuns to bring the idiots to power...meaning people who otherwise cannot even be elected from a safe seat...most people say this is the third primeminister killed by pukhtuns...zulfikar ali bhutto many say killed by zia ul haq in coalition with wali khan who had vowed to have zulfikar ali bhutto killed....there are many reports on Benazir.. how the countries iSI/police/FIA/MI/iB had placed undercover people in her close confidants...while still many others say that she was actually executed by the army/FIA for giving away secret information to pakistans enemies...ie JI inspired logic who used to accuse her of being a threat to pakistans security...still others say that there were five killers after her...if they had failed at rawalpindi the next attack would have been in faisalabad....
  
• 28 Apr,2010--many are mocking the PMLn turncoat who seems like a PPP member at times (or working for the mqm)...shabaz sharif for thinking that bhasha(possible completion time 2018-2022 will solve the power problems...when u dont want to fill tarbela and mangla dams how will bhasha solve it with only partial filling possible...government can easily solve power problem in the short term by filling tarbela and mangla...nepra now suggests imported coal based power stations as sindh cant even mine the lakhra coal on an industrial basis...the best way is one price power so that everyone knows what it costs and IPP's also know that they will get one price whtever they use...industrialists too should suffer like the people... 8% profits are normal not 30% like the Ipp's who have been recovering costs in five years
