24-Oct-2022--Arshad Sharif a key figure in the Shabaz Gill episode of anti army animosity displayed by the PTI and its leaders...shot dead in Kenya while in exile apparently by Kenyan police who say it was a case of mistaken identity...he had been fired by Arytv presumably to get back on air...he had in an interview got Gill to say that soldiers should not obey officers orders...many had blamed everyone eg. Imran for writing the script, gill, Arshad Sharif and Arytv...Arytv News was shutdown for some time...Shabaz Gill was said tobe Chief of Staff for Imran's Banigala resort...Gill had been later arrested from Banigala and reportedly mishandled before courts released him on bail...Arytv News was acting as ImranTV or generally a PTi spokesman...and generally their news was filled with PTi this and PTi that...
24-Oct-2022--The machiavellian imran maybe planning a dirty coup in which one of his right wing extremist generals will takeover and purge the army of imran opponents...The ISI and Army had better beware...imran and his dubious revolutionaries than will rise up from the street...he has repeatedly issued anti army rhetorical statements hoping to incite some general to coup... !he has also mocked Islam with supposed prophetic utterances about dogs...apparently opponents say there are no dogs in Saudi Arabia....but stray dogs aplenty in Banigala! The IHC CJ who seems misinformed says that Imran can take part in elections even when he is disqualified for five years...The ECP disqualified Imran on his seat mianwali -1 and did not announce the results of six seats that imran won on the 16th... probably because of the upside down IHC statement
22-Oct-2022--The ECP disqualified Imran for five years in what is known as the toshakhana reference...Imran made around 140 million from selling toshakhana items...he did not mention it in his earnings or his income tax statements...or his application for an election seat...other disqualifications have come from the courts or tribunals...there is some dispute whether article 62 or 63 should have been used...also when disqualification comes on the basis of educational qualifications than a change in law or getting a new degree ends that at the time of the next elections...in this case that does not apply unless there is a unexpected change in law or SC decision...but judges of high courts and supreme courts can use any dubious interpretation of the law to favor imran as they have repeatedly done...the law is clear and imran is technically guilty of lying and evasion. Many question Imran's love for money or money mongering(almost like the hated Jewish money lenders/ loan sharks) and haste to sell off the toshakhana items..he does not seem to have need of money given his own huge deposits and unexplained party funds and billions in SKMT donations ...so many say it his desire to accumulate as much money as possible...he said in his response to the ECP that he only took four rolex watches...probably his wife ran of with the rest of the money, jewellry and gifts...! she apparently cannot be disqualified by the ECP...supposedly she should have been paid for the expensive female toshakhana jewellry gifted to her...! reports suggest that Imran ripped off the jewellry money too...!
The ECP said that he has been disqualified and his NA seat has been declared vacant..by making a false declaration Imran indulged in corrupt practices...and cases should be followed up under the laws...Imran did not disclose details in his assets statement and the sale proceeds..when asked to explain he was evasive and ambiguous...the laws used by the ECP are constitutional article 63-1p and sections 137, 167 and 173, 174 of the Elections Act 2017
by being disqualified he also ceases tobe party chairman...Nawaz Sharif elevated himself to supreme leader in a similar situation..so technically he will have move quickly to have the judgement suspended for which he will have to just look into possible legal grounds...
22, Oct, 2022--the PTI called out its supporters to protest in islamabad and other places...the islamabad police though said tobe undermanned handled things very well and imran later in the day called of the protests after his protestors were pushed back..however a KP police guard(of a PTI mna) apparently shot at a PMLn mna and was arrested..Imran however said that he will give a call for a long march later...six PTI leaders arrested
22, Oct, 2022--though there is no indication over who will be the next army chief Bajwa says he will resign in five weeks possibly to reassure the PTI which has been issuing anti army venomous statements.It might also be a veiled suggestion to the government that to delay his reappointment might create further problems...!however replacing an army chief has never caused any problems before even though the ruling party gets toppled in the next elections...
22, Oct, 2022--GSK suspends manufacturing of paracetamol aka panadol...saying that government is not allowing price hikes...seems strange as every other pharma manufacturer is raking it in with increasing prices at will...possibly with high stocks they want to avoid fulfilling supply contracts...paracetamol is an ordinary drug and available at cheaper prices from other manufacturers...GSK just sells panadol thru massive advertising...
