Nov11-2024--as the court decision nears on Imran running away with money and land being an underhand corruption payment from absconding contractor types. Their sort of stand-in leader gandapur has started a new shosha of the final call to be given by Imran...the final call for a supposed all-out agitation till the end or supposedly the fall of the current government or collapse of the agitation...In that case Gandapur says he won't return supposedly from Punjab which is the only PTi battlefield...until the end...up to now the Imran remnants have not been able to mount any sort of viable continuous agitation and have ended up running from the battlefield...so the scenario could contain an immediate dissolution of the KP government on the basis that Gandapur has disappeared plus incarceration of as many Pti leaders as possible...how Imran is going to give the final call is not yet known...however the thinking is that Imran is trying to somehow frighten the government and courts into not handing down a further judgement in the 90 billion extortion case...The government response up to now has been that Imran wants some sort of NRO or be allowed to leave the country to live with his foreign friends like Trump/Jemima etc... However, even an NRO has to be worked out in talks which are not something that the PTI does very well...up to now they have always run from talks or cooperation or agreements...The government thinks that at least the Punjab police can handle the agitation...Their May9 catastrophe also did not last more than two-three days...most of the troublemakers/agitators/arsonists in earlier agitations like May9 came from the KP...the government should be ready to protects its infrastructure and come down on agitators with a heavy hand...such agitations are usually funded by unknown foreign sources like the US or other dubious organizations
Nov9-2024--the government says that electricity prices tobe reduced to Rs.26 for incremental use in winter...it is a strange argument that economy benefits from winter lower electricity prices...actually prices should be lowered in summer when more electricity is produced by the hydel system...it shows that the government has confused ideas + inflated electricity prices without reason on dubious IMF orders...technically electricity should be charged at around Rs.20..for all consumption...in a slow economy there is little incentive when u have to pay full rates for current consumption. The confusion is how to fool the people all the time...if incremental electricity can be given at 26 that means that the inflated prices of around 50 are foolish and without basis...anyway it is just a ruse for ordinary people for whom Rs26 is also inflated, and the government is just trying to help the rich segment of society such as industrialists for whom any price is affordable...
Nov9-2024--SJC meets and dismisses complaints against judges irrationally...saying complaints need to provide relevant materials/evidence...the SJC also considered the complaints of IHC judges with regard to meddling...no evidence provided by the judges too...so will judges be charged for not providing real evidence. Nov7-2024--Trump elected USA president...The democrats probably will not put up a woman candidate again. Being a woman and the democrats controversial views made kamala lose a lot of Bidens vote bank all over the place...however the small margins added up to defeat her...if she had come up thru the primaries it might have helped her understand how things mattered to the people...many voted against just because they were finding it difficult to afford things due to inflation...democrats believe that they have a right to many minority votes which they will get without being asked however the white men over all defeated her thinking...she could not make people thing that her black and brown roots made her the right choice...others think her laughing style made her look like an unserious person not suited to the presidency...

Nov6-2024--The JCP met and appointed Justice Aminuddin Khan to head the constitution benches...by a vote of seven to five... The CJP was in the minority as the senior judges suggestion was that the constitution benches should consist of the full court with the CJp heading it ...The seven judge constitution bench consists of Justice Aminuddin khan, Justice Ayesha A. malik, Justice Jamal khan Mandokhel, justice Naeem Akhter Afghan, justice Muhammed ali Mazhar, justice Hasan Azhar Rizvi, and justice Musarrat Hilali... being judges from all provinces...three senior judges and the PTI leaders opposed...one member was absent...the three judge committee that will decide which cases go to the constitution bench consists of CJP, justice Mansoor ali shah and justice Aminuddin khan...the constitution bench duration is for sixty days...whether it will be renewed or changed after that is not yet known...The judges appointed to constitutional benches include judges from both sides of the reserved seats judgement ...as well as two who served on the judgement of the Bat symbol...judges are usually independent minded and cannot be expected to support the government in all cases...a controversial case might be the review of the reserved seats judgement and whether the SC or the bench will hear it ...the reserved seats judgement was widely perceived as the judges trying to mend something based on their thinking than the law...
