Controversy surrounds the clause that it can be applied to any person...a SC judge says that PTI backed military courts and hanging rapists from electricity poles after the APS attack...but they were no culprits available at the time...most judges seemed unaware of how military courts work...

Feb14-2025--after a third letter was supposedly on the airwaves for the army chief the military indicated that no letter was received and if it arrived would be forwarded to the PM... the letter supposedly contains the PTI's usual philosophy of criticizing the armed forced. This time he says that the ISPR was building a false narrative. Usually, the ISPR gives logical explained statements...he continues with his newly discovered opinion that the gap is widening between the people and the army...earlier he had intoned after a meeting with the army chief and his senior clones everything would get better...he says that every child (probably referring to himself) knows that the army chief runs the government. The reasoning he gives for the letter is that he is concerned about the army's reputation...! he also claims that democracy has been derailed...? he is probably disillusioned that his party has started to think like the government. He charges that handpicked judges are being promoted even though the same methods of appointing judges has been in effect for some time. The SC had dropped seniority as an overriding principle when it appointed the last Punjab chief justice and promoted a junior women judge to the SC. Judges have also got some prominence when four new CJ's were appointing on a acting basis... Imran's views are at best self-serving, and the Pakistan army cannot behave in any other way. The army chief only opposed one of his views that Pakistan is moving forward, and it must move forward. The army chief however will try to get his policies approved by showing that they have a maniac who thinks only he can, or his party can although now there is considerable doubt about that too...who is Imran representing...one can suggest one possible answer...that he represents dubious anti Pakistanis, vicious gunmen, and anti-army pukhtuns. Many however say he is unable to write letters in jail or post messages on X...!

Feb13-2025--NAB chief says that 25000 people may have shifted their wealth abroad...The period has not been specified...according to general knowledge these people are mostly already living abroad or earning abroad and then they usually sell inherited/owned properties and move abroad along with their money...while such people can legally do so the SBP is slow in approving their money shift and they have to use other dubious means to do so...brain drain is not the reason as they have no family left here. Pakistan produces enough brains and people going abroad don't matter much.
Feb13-2025--another letter tobe sent to army chief by PTI founder. Earlier two letters purportedly sent to army chief...now the PTI has written to an economist in the IMF asking for transparency and rule of law...Pti's letters supposedly. The one sent to the CJ consisted of 394 pages...!PTI itself very much likes to work behind closed doors...for example the X site of Imran contains messages and nobody knows who has written them...many expect one of the Imran minions like Rauf Hasan, Salman Akram raja or Omar Ayub tobe responsible but it could be anyone...! or someone could just be writing/recording Imran's comments and smuggling them out of his death cell...the PTI has participated in some things, but they usually jump out at the last moment. PTI's Gohar participated in the 26th amendment talks and jumped out when Imran wanted a delay in its passage. Again, they participated in talks and bailed out from that too...they accepted participated in elections but wanted acceptance of them tobe piecemeal too. According to the law protests against elections is not allowed. PTI just cannot accept others winning...army chief technically has influence but what Imran is writing on is matters for the SC and the government...The army chief is not the head of the government...he has only some powers in the financial realm but on the military and terrorism side he wields considerable or almost total power..PTi keeps changing how many killed in Nov 26 activities. Technically nobody died in Islamabad. Pakhtuns are running around everywhere in the country. None of their leaders died in their widespread trouble making campaign...
Feb 11-2025--Imrans two letters supposedly sent to the army chief are wild attempts at political propaganda. Most of the army opponents come from the PTI ranks and consist of mostly pukhtuns who propagate about operations in KP in the Punjab...nowadays the army has a wide-ranging ethnic employment at the soldier and officer level. The Army did not receive the letters apparently and many suggest that they consist almost entirely of politically natured diatribes. Many suggest that the army's responsibility is to deal with mulk dushman(enemy) attitudes and militancy. Others question how the PTI swept KP polls under the same ECP...! or some say Imran election commission...apparently another letter is on the way. Most people suggest that Imran has been in the same room in the jail and there is no military person in the jail staff. The jail staff says that he wrote the letters on paper and pen provided by them. Some suggest that a PTI committee controls who meets Imran in jail...there is one person per jail cell and that can be construed as solitary confinement in Imran's wild imagination. The army has a pretty clear view of the country's situation and Imran obviously cannot change that..they study everything that happens in the country and read everything. While there can be difference of opinions between the army and politicians. The people have a firm belief in the army's mature nature and actions...obviously people like pukhtuns, politicos and pti wala's who oppose the army anyway cannot have changed when Imran is consistently propagating, opposing or attacking the army like May9...!

Feb11-2025--The JCP rejected any protests and promoted seven judges to the SC including the four incumbent high court Cj's. The two PTI members and two senior SC judges walked out showing political maneuvering attempts and a lack of a serious mature nature...The PTI had participated in discussions on the 26th amendment while the two SC judges were rejected for promotion to CJ...! a lawyer's action committee protested outside and were blocked by police at d chowk...all lawyers associations did not participate in the protest...IHC CJ also rejected protests on seniority by a five judge's letter

Feb 10-2025--The govt has dissolved the IWMB...run by Rina Saeed khan it has been replaced by a govt official's board... IWMB was responsible to end the Islamabad Zoo and made animal/trekking problems controversial including the sending of Islamabad's lone elephant to Thailand. During this period several leopards were found dead and some good things like the removal of monal from the national forests happened. Government now trying to revive monal somehow ...!

Feb10-2025--after various letter mafias emerged to try and dubiously wrest control from the CJ and JCP the JCP is apparently set to meet to consider eight judges for the SC today... controversy surrounds the transferred Judge sardar dogar and he could either end up as a SC judge or the IHC CJ. However, he is in the mix to be considered in the meeting today. The other controversial letter writer Judge Kiani is also under consideration although many regard him as dubious as he has been unable to handle intelligence interference...the Sc letter mafia wants the court to first consider the vires of the 26th amendment...while IHC letter mafia wants to handle seniority/transfer matters... however even if the court tumbles the 26th amendment they can easily handle the consequences too even if problematic or troublesome...anyway the letter mafia judges should not interfere in the court processes whether cases or 26th processes...letters cannot handle/solve things and the judges would have to dubiously file cases themselves...the pti which has two votes in the JCP also wants to side with the letter mafiosi who are their supposed men/members...!

Feb2-2025--In a new development the president transferred justices Dogar, Soomro, Asif from LHC, SHC, BHC to the IHC...dogar will now be the senior most judge replacing the local Kiyani...a clique said tobe the letter mafia of five judges had written to CJ SC opposing the move as it interfered with existing seniority...they also said a new oath would have tobe taken which would make them junior...the seniority principle generally is the date on which first oath is taken. One judge had said that the 26th amendment and these transfers were due to their earlier letter to the SJC against intelligence agency interference...the judges in question agreed to the transfers as did the four High court CJ's. Previously there have been pukhtun judges in the IHC apart from locals...JCP appoints ten judges to PHC. The SC has already discarded the seniority principle in appointing CJ's and transferring judges to the SC. The JCP will now look for a CJ in the top three or five judges of the high courts...
