Dec19-2025--an IHC bench ordered Judge jehangiris removal as a judge as he had gotten his degree thru unfair means...the judgement after the KU registrar presented the record and complainant said that jehangiri was involved in scandalising his chief justice...jehangiri had a day earlier filed cases in the FCC and SJC and suggested that the IHC CJ had asked him to resign and had a bias against him...before that the SHC had suspended the KU's decision to cancel the judge's degree...It has been established that jehangiri's degree is suspect and cancelled by the KU...various aspects of the case are still going on in the FCC and SJC and an appeal may alo be filed by Jehangiri in the SC...Justice jehangiri 's case can theoretically not be decided by the SJC as it is not misconduct but todo with illegalities that occurred before his appointment as a judge...while Zardari is slow in signing assembly bills he has removed the judge on the same day of the IHC judgement...!
