- Dec16-2009-- In what many say is teh governments considerable lack of discipline the governments aging lawyer Kamal Azfar's statement that teh government was under threat from teh CIA and GHQ in teh NRO case was taken to task by the SC saying that teh court was willing to issue a restraining order against teh GHQ if teh government is willing to be specific...azfar belongs to the very old days when teh GHQ and teh american CIA were usually upto their usual tricks...there have however been reports of military conclaves which can do things to teh government at a moments notice even though many think that teh military has lost the desire to intervene directly after three previous disastrous military rule attempts...with teh chief justice hinting that there could be 50 fallouts from our decision and another judge asking if teh government is trying to save asif ali zardari...teh government however said that they were willing to accept teh courts wisdom...?teh CJ however commented there is a clear way to impeach a president and teh judges should respect whoever is in teh presidency..whether corrupt, illegal or a coup plotter...It was again observed that teh countries agencies and media want to create evidence after an allegation rather than before and even after decades of investigations they had no real answer to what they were doing...investigating a crime, building one up or plotting a political victimisation
