• Nov30-2010--Wikileaks revealed new information showing negative perceptions about asif zardari in saudia and teh UAE...while the israelies pray for musharaf...The saudi king called zardari an obstacle for pakistani progress which is apparent in how he manages teh pakistani economy and the uae crown prince calls him dirty...whether that refers to his bathing habits or his corruption is not known...other reports suggest that pakistani government officials gave taleban motorcycles in 2007 for suicide bombs and hamid gul ordered bomb blasts and suicide attacks...
  
• Nov29-2010--Apparently whenever RGST is in trouble asif zardaris legs repaired in china start aching all over again while if electricity price hikes are in trouble yusuf raza gilani gets diarreeha..and nawaz sharif seems to think that utility bills are tax payments and because his factories pay taxes he should be allowed freedom to use punjab revenues to build palaces at raiwind and develop the area at government cost...? we seem to have a lot of phsycologically unbalanced politicians and army chiefs in this country...the present army chief apparently supports democracy but the government cant remove him...?...shabaz sharif says he does a lot of charity at government expense...free atta to looting tandoors and 2 lakhs each to rich agricultural landowners...?with the supposedly tight fiscal situation many wonder at what is the point of giving sportsman five laks each...or 100 lacs each...social welfare is meant to help out people who either cant earn or have no jobs...not landowners or billlionaire sugarwalas

• Nov25-2010-In one of the biggest acts one can say of defiance the IB and ISI say that they did not abduct 11 inmates released from the adyala jail after being exonerated from terrorism charges...punjab chief secretary also said that the men who are said tobe diehard terrorists taken into custody by the intelligence agencies...The agencies even said that teh SC the highest court in the land could not direct or question them...
  
• Nov25-2010--As the PPP opposes democratic ways of accepting opposition to its tax hike proposals four allied parties file dissenting notes as teh PPP attempts to water down its attempts to hike taxes on over 700 items which include textiles and agricultural inputs such as fertilizers and chicken feed...??the mad hatter hafeez sheikh even wants a tax on medicines, stationery and food items...The PPP attempt to rename things has caused most of the problems with sindh acting as a red herring despite extorting sales taxes on goods sold in punjab...it wants to collect taxes on services which will cause widespread animosities anyway while teh other provinces want the center to continue to collect taxes...The provinces which are generally subjugated by the PPP are not too sure about PPP's attempts to increase taxes without spending anything on development...The PPP has made strategic mistakes by allowing huge salary increases and huge allocations to provinces and a hefty defence spending package and is now stuck with a budget which is unimplementable and cannot attract the populace by its wasteful spending and a lack of any development or pro people initiatives...apparently whenever teh army chief comes to meet the primeminister with a demand such as i also need an anti aircraft missile system...han khareed lo...paisa hon ya nan hon... than zardari comes out with a statement that bari mushkil men hen and the finance whiz starts blaming lawmakers about not wanting this tax and that...!!

• Nov24-2010--hafeez sheikh seems to lack respect for senators as he blew hot and cold against their attempts to oppose the unpopular RGST and flood tax...calling them an anti tax lobby and thus ridiculing peoples representatives...mqm like teh government fails as it wants a trillion from other taxation sources and is unable to understand that all the taxes will eventually be paid by teh consumer...
  
• Nov23-2010--PPP punjab accuses nawaz sharif brothers of spending 300 million of government money to develop raiwind infrastructure while the present PPP-PMLn setup supposedly upgraded the raiwind road to a twelve lane motorway...?PPP and PMLn expect mutual benefits of not probing each others corruption...??
  
• Nov23-2010--As the PPP seems intent on only blaming police inefficiency rather than political powers of the day the FIA in a change of mood prepares a questionnaire tobe sent to musharaf probing his involvement..after a JIT team apparently absolved everyone but baitullah mehsud...in the Benazir murder...with the PMlq deeply involved with the countries terrorist infrastructure as well as the army and ISI just blaming police inefficiency is meaningless given that police usually just stand about at the peripheries of such meetings given political animosities towards police...rumours involve some of benazirs staff as well as the two army chiefs and the PMLq chief and the sindh government..PMLq reports suggest that it was a political party decision...telephone recordings supposedly of baitullah mehsud blamed by the musharaf regime have yet tobe studied or provided to the public
  
• Nov23-2010--The judiciary will have to take the process of making decisions seriously rather than just politisizing the process as CJ seeks parliament and executive help to boost judiciary...judiciary can only be boosted by its decision making...not participation in politics

• Nov23-2010--The PPP unsure whether it is reformed GST or value added tax or of teh objective of needless taxation hikes...the country is not that developed to increase taxation in percentages of GDP without thought of its effects or reasons since the government is not even providing any development or returns to the people in any sense...PMLn, ANP, mqm,PMLq while opposing RGST and flood taxation unsure whether to buy influence rather than oppose needless tax hikes...PMLq seemingly selling out as its hamid yar hiraj a former PPP lota takes over the ERRA chairmanship..hafiz pasha should realize that western taxation systems only successful because they provided development and a social welfare net for the working populace and poor...without clear cut development and social welfare ideals just taxation for the sake of taxation literally a meaningless exercize

• Nov21-2010--Pepco again tries to fool the people by suggesting that electricity from an extremely expensive ship mounted rental power plant will be subsidized...the high costs of such electricity have already been factored into the price...the people are getting electricity at an average much higher than Rs 3...Pepco might be subsidizing distribution companies but not the consumer...
  
• Nov21-2010--Americans now want to drone areas around quetta and increase surveillance and drone attacks in new areas of Fata...while quetta is obviously not a place to hide the americans have been told that such actions will be unwelcome...pakistan despite almost complete subjugation financially and strategically to western and indian interests is trying to suggest jocularly that it is still somehow a sovreign state......what pakistan can do to retaliate is stop border traffic and obviously they can easily down a drone as far inside as quetta..having taleban control in quetta would be quite difficult as retaliations by taleban take place for specific actions deep inside afghanistan...how anyone gets explosives is anybodies guess as no control has been established in pakistan or afghanistan...however the taleban actions have slowed down considerably but they have been able to mount attacks in pakistan and afghanistan
  
• Nov21-2010--nato says they will disengage from civilian duties in afghanistan by end 2014 while Obama wants to leave by mid 2011...Obviously if power is handed over to the afghans at the civil and military levels than things should ease and the western powers could end up in bases in two or three locations...however afghanistan has no airforce and can hardly be expected to enforce anything without a resolution of issues viz the taleban...
  
• Nov21-2010--complaints about corruption in hiring accomodation for hajis and inadequate tents and facilities for some hajis causes DG hajj recall...beaurocrats just not willing to giveup chakarbazi when corruption is involved...things will not improve unless the PPP ministers are removed for mishandling things...
