• Apr22-2010--The SC is mixing up political lawyers and expertise in law in picking up amicus curae for the bhutto case as the government presents 5 ordinary questions which donot even seek a different judgement...at best the SC many say could apologize to the nation for improper handling of cases under military rule...others start to prepare for other case openings...including the letting off of asif zardari in the murtaza bhutto case

• Apr22-2010--Javed Hashmi pleads for those involved with the military rulers to apologize to teh country and suggests 16 provinces which given teh countries situation would be a tailor made move for secession and autonomy and militant movements..everybody should study the karachi ethnicists attempt to create a seperate province and the fighting and mayhem that has followed..the system of more autonomy and provinces is a big failure in pakistan
  
• Apr22-2010--The SC in what many say reflects the tribal wadera nature of the government rather than a judiciary lets of the rape accused in the mukhtar mai case...many say that the judiciary must not subjugate itself to the jungle vivious mentality of tribes...obviously when a rape occurs under the authority of a panchayat than the responsible including teh aiders and elders and abettors must be brought to justice...however one also feels that the utilization of such situations to make money and reputations also suggests a reverse evil mentality...
  
• Apr22-2010--many suggest that the ruling elite and military unable to understand the americans who expect them to behave like a panama when they have an economy like Haiti's..pakistan expected to have no friends of their own in this relationship...others suggest that the military top duo asking for plots in washington not in pind dadan khan......!!

• Apr21-2011--The PPP which is being regarded as pathetic in its attempts to remain in power even willing to go into coalition with diehard opponents...The mqm seemingly better behaved out of the cabinet...both pmln and mqm unable to get along with teh PPP's totally people animosity...The PMLq is being wooed because of their power in teh punjab which the PPP thought would shift to the mqm...that would leave them free of the PMLn at the center and make a fight for the punjab chief ministry easier...PMLq might make difficult demands but the PPP is in a corner and their desire for a coalition of all small groups looks untenable...
  
• Apr21-2011--The law ministry prepares five questions for the SC on the bhutto review...the only important question is whether the case is legally justifiable and whether there was enough evidence to to even try a primeminister who had protection against trial on his decisions and whether there was any legality to the judges decision of death...
  
• Apr21-2011--Admiral Mullen the US army chief comes out strongly against the ISI while refusing to reign in the indians and the CIA...pakistan given its lack of international power outreach has controlled its organizations to a large extent even though it is suffering the consequences internally...many suggest that the admirals opposition to small pakistani groups is pathetic since teh US seems to itself fund anti state organizations everywhere...our ISI is literally sitting onits haunches doing nothing as the US is unable to control things in afghanistan...there is little evidence of the haqqani network having any effect or ability to carry out operations in afghanistan...the LT, JUD and TT have little or no overseas actions and are literally small landlocked ineffective groups even in teh regional sense...even if they are able to mount an odd operation the regional countries should be able to stop them since they and the US apparently have better intelligence...even al qaeda's international outreach is controlled because of the ending of their afghan base...

• Apr18-2011--PPP and sindhis always want to extend retired services and are afraid to bring in new people supposedly because they lack knowledgable experienced people...now they want to extend the services of teh NAB deputy chief supposedly a sindhi by the name of Javed Qazi who is from the pakistan custom services considered one of teh most corrupt after police, and income tax officials...

• Apr18-2011--If IMF is concerned about deficits and inflation than it should not give more to pakistans derelict money wasting government which is literally eating up cash and doing nothing with it...It should also not contribute to raising taxes , hiking tariffs and reducing loans...pakistans inflation is not loan based and growth will obviously be stifled if interest rates are higher...IMF should also not buy the strange logic that the government is going to reform sales taxes and that they are attempting to widen the tax base...the taxes all are directed at teh consumer...the industrialist, agriculturist and teh commercial ventures all transfer the taxes they have to pay to teh consumer...the IMF should not provide teh country more money to run after fewer goods as teh the government is still the heaviest spender and cause of inflation...providing teh rural economy more funds by hiking agricultural prices is also not something that is beneficial as teh rich rural is not going to spend in his area but will shift to the urban areas to enjoy his wealth...

• Apr13-2011--Pakistan which has been run by foreign educated pakis(mostly disastrously) for the last sixty years unable to understand teh needless and useless funding of overseas education by teh HEC...some of whom than cant even find jobs...HEC supposedly tobe dismantled under the 18th amendment given a reprieve by the SC suggesting that it be kept on until a replacement...HEC is also becoming like teh local bodies which changes with each government...it was the universities grant commission than became teh HEC and the new PPP name is yet to emerge...similar to the NAB and local bodies whose replacements teh PPP has been unable to create...many say with universities multiplying daily the task should be provincialized...
