• Apr30-2011--parties and bussinessmen unable to create any solid new thinking on the economy...Increasing the budget taxes or base only means more taxes as the agriculture community , bussinessmen and industrialists pay no real taxes and just shift them to teh consumer...The government should shift to decreasing spending and try to remain within the taxes they collect which have jumped to almost 3 trillion...The only way to improve the economy is first be able to generate enough electricity and than control revenues and spending and keep prices steady thru out teh economy...daily price hikes and taxation proposals mean that the government does not know what to do...For pakistan to survive one cannot keep building without any energy or gas to fulfill needs...one must prioritize government spending...spending only where required...
  
• Apr30-2011--so desperate is the PPP for a solid cooperative partner that the meek and inexperienced Asif Zardari gave in to all PMLq demands...even demands of personal choices of PMlq leaders...The mushahid hussein brother was accepted as the UN ambassador...The 18th amendment was rolled back and HEC reinstituted and a new role of deputy primeminister comes into play for pervaiz elahi...considered more efficient than yousaf raza Gilani he could be the de facto primeminister as the PPP takes a back seat...PPP also lost the ministries of health, petroleum,commerce, agriculture, industries, trade,and information technology...six ministers of state and three advisors...PMLq has Asif Zardari over a barrel it seems...mostly PMlq juniors to become ministers...
  
• Apr30-2011--in what seems to many as if the ISI has joined teh government..the military coordinated groups on both sides are joining up as teh PPP admits to a total failure of governance and an almost total abdication of any interest or expertise in real governance...three years into its rule the PPP has been unable to handle any of the problems that the country was facing...supposedly bringing in a constitutional amendment to cure all ills it is now is coming around to the possibility of at least three more provinces and more constitutional amendments...sindh will have to concede karachi if it wants to reduce teh size of punjab...there is also no real improvement in teh situation in karachi, balochistan, fata and teh terrorism scene with even teh US talking back and refusing to hand over promised Lugar and military aid...

• Apr28-2011--A meeting of pakistans top military brass shows that almost everybody is either retired or on extensions barring shamim haider wyne...If teh airforce can survive on normal retirements than so should teh army...one must oppose teh decadent thinking brought into military promotions by Gilani and kayani...others see the strange attitude of teh ISI chief now attending corp commander and army chairman conferences which would cloud his judgement in case there was a coup attempt...similar happenings started before the musharaf coup when as army chief he fired a lieutenant general who opposed the coup...the major job of teh ISI is to monitor military officials and catch any enemy infiltration into the ranks...?

• Apr25-2011--the provincial debate whether more is good or bad has many enthusiasts lining up...with shah mahmood blaming the gher muqamis for trouble in karachi(a euphism generally for pukhtuns, punjabis and mohajirs in karachi while in the rest of teh country there are are gher muqamis like the afghan gilanis and iranians in multan...in most of punjab seraikis beginning tobe thought of as gher muqamis alongwith pukhtuns and east punjabis...)...definitely an mqm line and that mqm is much improved since 1988...how stupid can one be...!!many suggest that the PMLn with as many provinces as u want ..especially one in karachi and not in hazara...and the rural seraiki gilani suggesting just one more seraiki province and qaim ali shah as if he can stop it refusing a karachi province...and the PMLq types rooting for both a bahawalpur and seraiki province...and there was another baghi PMLn wala with hopes for 16 provinces...when u cant control four full and three half provinces will u be able to handle sixteen or a more powerful seraiki province...it will just start another six or seven secessionist wars...many suggest that interior sindh would be much better off seceding from karachi...balochistan into three...nwfp into three or four...fata another province.. sindh into two or three and punjab into four...
