• Jun-15-2012--In what maybe another case of teh judges running away the two judge panel on arsalan iftikhars extortions asked teh government to deal with the full force of teh law...teh judges probably did not want to sit on chaudhry iftikhars sons actions even though the evidence can be easily determined...The government suggested that it would try arbitration and get teh money returned...it seems tobe a case of "mera putar kare te theek.. koi doosra kare te ander...)...In the primeministers disqualification case the AG suggested that teh judges ran away so fast that they could not ask for a stay...that caused a real commotion in teh court...it was thus determined that teh primeminister had accepted his token conviction...the court will now decide whether disqualification is a natural outcome of teh conviction...

• Jun-14-2012--In a move that showed the effectiveness of teh malik riaz allegations the SC formed a three judge panel to consider contempt charges against malik riaz...malik riaz was irritated by teh lack of solutions from teh court after huge payments were taken by arsalan iftikhar...while malik riaz earlier insinuated that the judge was aware of what arsalan was doing and there have been behind teh scenes meeting involving teh primeminister suggesting thus government involvement...in a fourth insinuation he has alleged that the lawyers movement headed by the CJ was also a nura kushti between the judge and musharaf...since there are suggestions that even teh judges wife went on foreign holidays paid by for by BT riaz malik has clearly implicated the judge...since it is not a simple case of extortion or blackmail but also of seeking favors from teh court which were on the surface not granted the judges have to seriously consider whether teh CJ has made such a serious error in judgement...otherwise the judges can take serious or mocking contempt judgements as they made in teh case of Gilani...if all the BT cases are taken together teh courts can suspend their operations and freeze their accounts until a solution of the many cases of land usurpation...however teh riaz malik son left for dubai given that serious behind teh scene matters and payments could obviously be required...however others are suggesting that arsalan threatened ali riaz too while riaz malik said they were being threatened by chaudhry Nisar and the judges...many others are saying that teh country is being run on a vigilante system where political organisations and some say even judges, provincial governments, police, and military organizations are eliminating people to serve their individual causes of supposed justice...The PPP government has suggested that this is a case between two people which is not correct as an institution, popular house builder, CJ and primeminister are involved...extortion, blackmail or making payments for judicial decisions are all criminal acts and when it happens right at teh top than it becomes really a cause of concern for everyone...
• Jun-13-2012--In what can be said tobe teh epitah of asif Zardari's rule that one must say is tumbling towards an uncertain election...!!...the Bahria town chief malik riaz says he was blackmailed openly and he funded arsalan iftikhars and teh CJ's families overseas trips...he accuses teh CJ of knowing about arsalans activities much earlier and alleged meetings with the CJ in the thick of teh night......he says that arsalan ran teh judiciary like a drone(don)...teh daily news reports that malik riaz was teh behind scenes handler of asif zardari, mqm and PMLn negotiations...assuming here that he paid for teh foreign trips of teh zardari's, sharifs, mqm and teh Cj's family...which many suggest were also desired by chaudhry Nisar...?The SC's registrar says that CJ only met riaz malik three times when he was suspended and had refused to meet politicians although meetings with riaz maliks partner and the primeminister are also alleged...everybody can make what they like of these insinuations/allegations(videos are supposedly credited by many to the countries interior ministry and intelligence..) but one must say that the PPP rule is coming to a sad, corrupt and miserable end...if true teh judiciary has no feet left to stand upon...this coming on the heels of teh memo commission report that hussain haqqani teh pakistan ambassador to teh US was inter alia an enemy of teh state or traitor who sought US help to topple general Kayani...!while teh credibility of riaz malik is low in the rawalpindi area due to shenanigans in the land development arena...his allegations are accusations of outright corruption...explanations have not yet been adequately provided by the doctor turned policeman turned bussinessman whose initial rise to fame was getting admission to medical college on a C grade on his fathers sifarish..and getting his father referred to the SJC in the musharaf era...while teh most corrupt in this country occupy the top political positions the CJ had acquired a reputation for clean handling...however one has to realize even teh corrupt do not give in to coercion...apart from him only kayani was supposedly clean but he too has fallen by teh wayside after US raids on abbottabad and salala and he was musharaf's ISI chief and initial afghanistan problem creator...The judge will meet the 17 other judges on friday and decide how to the handle teh situation...teh honest way would be to resign...however teh SC has other means to straighten out people who threaten them in any way...riaz malik can be theoretically charged with contempt or even making false allegations and not many in this country can challenge teh SC...however one must add that the SC has done enough and another judge can carry on teh work of a supposedly aggressive court...although one must say that nobody else has resigned after even more serious allegations...or even convictions...let us see if teh judge has teh courage of his convictions...!!

• Jun-12-2012--the general feeling in teh arsalan case is that he might be a dirty cop and either the CJ must say that he paid for the 4.5 million trips to london or there is a case for fraud or extortion which one of teh judge's was reluctant to consider...malik riaz arrived back and it seems he might have been getting hair plugs rather than any serious illness...one fails to understand why he could not have filed a statement thru his lawyers earlier...either they clear up the matter amicably or the CJ's reputation is at best ruined...while teh CJ/SC have shown some issue handling ability they have avoided throwing anyone in jail that is even those that were visibly bad intentioned...!!many suggest that the most of teh SC handling should have been done by teh federal government itself and only referred those requiring sentencing to teh courts...
• Jun-12-2012--The embattled CJ what with the NRO is now making moves away from teh federal government that he has been harassing into submission...without teh Arsalan case he would have been flying high...however he finds fault with the IG FC(balochistan) holding a press conference...since the IG is handling everything in balochistan from ordinary murders, disappearances,sectarianism, taleban, insurgency and ferrari camps he should have a right to hold a press conference...however he has rightly pointed to teh fact that he should call in the army chief to explain the FC mishandling which theoretically is under the provincial chief minister...however he should also realize that even teh insurgents dont have the right to kill anyone and military organizations retaliate when attacked as they do in Fata...teh FC's in sindh, balochistan and nwfp are almost acting like teh chief ministers armies...

• Jun-11-2012--The daily news has several articles on arsalangate...suggesting that the CJ must be out of touch with reality if he does not know about his sons 400 person company...secret meetings of CJ and arsalan with teh primeminister are rumoured...asif zardari they say stopped malik riaz from releasing teh information on arsalan...and that all arsalan's meetings have been videotaped and he uses ISI majors for receiving payments from Fecto...they state that teh CJ is teh son of a policeman and studied in hyderabad and taught in quetta...The biggest joke is that musa gilani the gilani families drugs smuggler sidled up to arsalan iftikhar and said "how much to get me off teh hook"...if arsalan has been recieving investments and payments without a quid pro quo than he must be teh luckiest judges kid...!!

• Jun-10-2012--In a statement Arsalan Iftikhar admitted to having gone to London in 2009, 2010 and 2011 along with his family .. rented a flat for one month each time whose 10000 pound rent was paid thru a credit card that he does not know about...it does seem odd as teh CJ said that he does not know what my son does...he claims he is a bussinesman...few bussiness men as young can claim tobe able to stay in london every year at a cost of Rs4.5 million...he denies knowing teh bahria town chief even though any rich bussinessmen living in islamabad should theoretically be acquainted with teh controversial malik riaz who has yet to make a presentation to teh court...it does seem from the arsalan statement that some behind teh scenes indirect payments have been made to the CJ's son...while such payments could be legal but if they have been made for some ulterior purpose which teh situation depicts than it is one of the most horrendous cases of corruption related to teh supreme court...teh cases against the Bahria town chief have been openly not investigated by NAB and cases in courts also donot seem to have been decided...many are suggesting that its seems tobe a PPP(Asif Zardari) move to silence the SC on the contempt, swiss cases and NRO matters...while there are reports that a behind teh scenes settlement might have been arrived at in teh arsalan and the swiss/contempt matters that should be evident in due course..?the payments which have apparently originated in lahore could also come from teh PMLn which has benefited from the PPP being unable to deal with the swiss accusations

• Jun-08-2012--Panetta continues his mean natured attacks on pakistan...it seems that with the continued drone attacks and teh passivity of teh pakistan armed forces just reopening the Nato supply routes will start another cycle of violence...it has become difficult for many to differentiate between the terrorism sponsored by teh US, taleban and various ethnic/sectarian organizations...it seems that unless there is a change at teh top of teh armed forces there can be no change in attitude from pakistan...General kayani just does not have any courage to fight back...pakistan many say should end its economic connection to teh US and do something about the drones...General kayani a docile duped natured character who seems to have no political or strategic opinions needs tobe replaced with someone who can represent pakistan and teach teh US a few lessons on military retaliations...pakistan should retaliate quickly and fast...having no aggressive intentions should not mean that pakistan should sit and watch as others attack pakistan verbally and militarily or thru covert operations...defending pakistan should be the prime motivator for teh armed forces...pakistan should not be duped by an indian natured USA which has a mean and deeply held but open anti pakistan agenda...

• Jun-08-2012--The PPP seems increasingly desperate in the punjab as two of its gujerati troika have attacked shahbaz sharif on two consecutive days...one for organizing protests against teh PPP's inhuman electricity policy...shahbaz sharif has also said that the PPP is backing out of new provinces as it is more urgent to create the karachi province rather than teh multan province...in lieu he offered airconditioned buses to lahore to teh suffering bahawali's...many have suggested that the kaira logic should be applied to qaim ali shah and altaf hussein for organized baghawat against pakistan ...for mayhem in karachi and threatening to invade the countries largest province punjab which has always been a thorn in teh sindhi eyes...the thorn is now many say also apparent in teh PPP's gujerati lobby...many say after sindhi's constant whining shahbaz sharif and teh mqm backed out again from demanding a mohajir province...

• Jun-07-2012--The CJ many say is a bit out of hand when he decides to hold suo moto proceedings against his own son himself whom he has also thrown out of his house...The son is accused of receiving huge payments and favors from teh Bahria town chief...The BT chief and his son apparently in london and not responding to court orders even verbally...The BT chief seems to have former ISI and ISPR military officials on his payroll too...The judges son hired a lawyer who also represents teh ISI...the judge will hand down a judgement on thursday on whether he should sit on teh bench...many feel that prima facie given teh CJ's involvement teh court should order the FIA to investigate the matter and also stand down from teh bench...in case he feels that the government which is generally pro bahria town wont act honestly he might appoint a senior lawyer or retired judge to investigate teh matter...no material has come to teh court related to the rumours as yet...although hamid mir said that he saw some documents suggesting involvement

• Jun-06-2012--The chief justice orders a suo moto action against the bahria town owner and his son who apparently have millions in bussiness dealings and suspect transactions..earlier the military ruler musharaf and his MI had accused the CJ of getting undue favors for his son...this would theoretically be tantamount to accusing teh CJ of open corruption...teh CJ now has a reputation and is now known to be involved in saving teh butts of teh Gilanis and sharifs...earlier chaudhry Nisar had accused teh bahria town owner of registering his guards as voters...many of teh small, medium and large landowners in rawalpindi have accused him of usurping their properties illegally...earlier reports of teh army chiefs 16 acre spread and involvement were coming onto the rumor mill...while still earlier he was accused of fronting for teh Zardaris in building the islamabad sheraton and golf course...teh bahria town owner rose to fame by providing middle income rich men exclusive properties but as he moved into building houses and farms for the elite his reputation of ugly tactics came to teh fore...however from a small time contractor he has become a major player in teh countries estate development and building and has challenged teh DHA whose reputation suffered after bringing on uglier and improperly controlled properties...he however has also become involved with teh DHA in building houses and estates...The DHA provides million rupee houses and lands to military officers at throwaway prices...compared to teh DHA which spends upto a 100 billion a year of defence funds he is still relatively considered a crookish angel who handles plans,builds and runs estates... building houses ,farms, roads, bridges, parks and zoos at relatively affordable prices for the rich...he is also known for putting up animal statues at roundabouts...his charges of around 2000 per house for security, water, gardening and cleaning irritate many owners...although they are happy at the round teh clock electricity which apparently is only otherwise available at the karachi DHA...
