• Jun30-2012--Salman Butt who was openly thought to have ordered the bowlers to bowl no balls says he is not responsible for teh spot fixing even though marked money was recovered from him...he accuses mohammed amir of embroiling him...several of the pakistani players including kamran akmal were seen meeting mazhar majeed and getting payments etc...he says he fell into the trap by opening an ice cream parlour...Salman Butt seems to have had an account in pakistan which had over 100000 dollars...and pakistani players complain that they are underpaid...

• Jun30-2012--The PPP seems not to realize that it is meddling with the courts domain by not following SC decisions...since all institutions are pakistan specific they cannot remain aloof to government attitudes and teh problems in pakistan...since parliament and government refuse to deal with teh issue of corruption as well as other issues the Supreme Court has to handle all the issues including corruption...teh institutions including teh army cannot function in a vacuum and have to interact...eg teh issues of drones and terrorism...it is government orders that are followed and teh army despite having teh resources cannot deal with the issues with total force...thus allowing teh USA and terrorists to undermine teh country...similarly is teh continuous ethnic strife in balochistan and karachi...with teh government blindly allied with one of teh key terrorist organizations...similar is its refusal to fire foreign citizens such as rehman malik from governance...an advisor may have teh perks of a minister but he cannot act as a minister...similar are also teh governments attempts to belittle teh issue of important appointments which teh Supreme Court has to override......with corruption touching literally teh top positions in teh SC and teh involvements of teh president and primeminister being quite well known and clear it is imperative that it be dealt with without restrictions
• Jun30-2012--Ashraf aka teh primeminister moves to resove teh issue of teh new CEC with teh PMLn which is at teh moment in a committee...with both sides having reccomended three names a solution will have to come about by voting or a reccomendation by teh chief justice

• Jun28-2012--The SC announces July 12 as teh date for the government to update it on the NRO implementation primarily the swiss cases..The government is considering some legal aspects on immunity and changes in teh law...The government many feel given its attitude of protecting its own corruption should go for a constitutional amendment which protects the terms of office of teh primeminister, president, army chief and CJ unless teh government falls or election occurs or the primeminister is somehow ousted..other options are easier like writing teh letter or eliminating the law on contempt..but that still leaves the constitutional requirements of following teh SC judgements...The LHC also asked Asif Zardari to quit one office by Sept 5...although one does not know what action the LHC can take if the president refuses...

• Jun27-2012--Gilani's whishy washy style of government seems to have been teh main cause of teh anti people system of government...price hikes and power and energy shortages...as teh new prime minister arrived at a cabinet meeting none of teh ministers had arrived...which shows teh terrible nature of teh PPP's style of governance...the cabinet agreed that measures taken by teh PPP regime to cover energy shortages had failed to deliver...

• Jun26-2012--In what is being seen as a bear hug after being disappointed by teh mqm(the PPP has been a complete failure in controlling ethnic and sectarian violence in karachi and balochistan) teh PMLq secured a deputy primeministership and sixteen ministers in the raja rental cabinet..Peji rental(Pervez Elahi) becomes the deputy premier an unconstitutional position which earlier was called senior minister ...The ethnic ghunda altaf hussein came out strongly in favor of PPP's corruption and opposed teh SC judgement in teh NRO contempt case...when the national assembly refuses to regulate itself it is essential that teh SC take a proactive role in having its decisions implemented by removing teh corrupt and illegal from teh government process...The LHC also initiated a contempt case against asif zardari for politicking and partisanship...zardari has been unable to play teh role of president of pakistan adequately and has not even met any politicians from across teh board just concentrating on his minor sindhi PPP role...many feel that raja rental despite his desperation in seeking love from the ethnic militants of 90 could become a raja powerhouse if he succeeds in getting rid of asif zardari and with the PMlq reemerge in the punjab...with the PPP failing badly in punjab the role of the PMlq is regarded by teh PPP as essential in keeping it afloat in teh punjab...many feel that asif zardari and Gilani have dragged the PPP to a near drowning situation...

• Jun25-2012--reconciliation which in PPP parlance means an anti punjabi vendetta and acceptance of mqm's continued terrorism...it has not solved anything in over four years and is not expected to in teh future...killings go on everyday in karachi while rehman malik trumpets the arrest of twenty killers...The PPP has been happy to crush punjab thru its deliberate policy of ignoring the power supply and loadshedding problem...hopefully that is teh only change which might occur even though it is quite evident that hydel production is not maximized and genco production is also about 30%...

• Jun25-2012--In what looks more like a martial law order suspending teh constitution the PPP issued an ordnance giving blanket protection to yusuf raza gilanis illegal era of governance...while parliament can do so as it has done giving cover to various martial law era's such a presidential ordnance can easily be struck down as it tries to restrict the SC in checking the illegality of any government act...the acts of government could easily have been reendorsed by teh present government by a simple order and parliament could have passed teh budget again...This MLO could go the way of teh NRO...

• Jun23-2012--Dawn points out that a number of positions in top government filled by people living around rawalpindi and islamabad...ie teh primeminister,army chief,leader of teh opposition in teh national assembly, senate parliamentary leader and teh BISP and baitulmaaal chiefs...people must be really be frightened of travelling to islamabad...nawaz sharif says that teh sindhis are really corrupt and they eat up all sorts of resources available...eg he says the mazar of lal shabaz qalander is under construction for the last 15 years...raja Pervez Ashraf was born in Sanghar and he might start out by having teh mazar completed quickly...
• Jun23-2012--Rental Raja as he is being called pushed thru teh riff raff of teh PPP and became teh countries 25th primeminister...The original front runners as in 2008 were scythed down by allies and and teh ephedrine scam as makhdum shahabuddin's arrest warrants were issued and he raced to peshawar to get bail...his fame is derived from being teh corruption front for teh rental power station scams that were supposed to provide high cost relief to the countries power sector...started by teh PMLq the rental power stations took too long to complete and some were old power stations and teh cost was high and the payouts double to the other power plants...in the end the rental power stations served no purpose and supposedly another sixty million went into PPP pockets...kicked out of government he was saved from teh wrath of teh SC until as the PPP support graph fell the punjabi ministers thought of as big shots in teh north were re inducted into teh cabinet again...however as yusuf raza gilani proved tobe a lemon and was thrown out by an SC judgement under article 63g...Raja ashraf as he is known is from Gujar Khan...he does not seem to have any lofty ambitions and did not make a great speech but did say that the load shedding problem would be attended to...Gilani wanted teh punjab chief minister to attend to it...however despite rumors of resignations and wanting to join teh PMLn almost the same ministers are supposedly making a bee line for the cabinet...many think that raja ashraf had joined teh PMLq during teh musharaf era...things are obviously not going to chang radically but might be a few people problems will be attended to as opposed to teh Gilani way of hoping taht solutions will descend from teh almighty...

• Jun20-2012--in what many saw as teh hand of god... riaz fatyana's house in kamalia was burnt as cars were set alight after firing by his guards killing a young boy who was with the power protestors...he used tobe one of teh biggest critic calling wapda a white elephant...now what u may call the remnants of wapda cant handle teh power requirements...politicians who have become wealthier and have refused to attend to peoples problems such as the power crisis have been suffering at the hands of power protestors...power riots declined but still there were disturbances in khanewal where cars, offices and banks were set on fire and lower level protests in rawalpindi and toba tek singh
• Jun20-2012--The PPP has been forced to accept teh clear verdict of teh SC after they challenged teh SC thru teh speaker NA and by saying that disqualification is not obvious or not ordered by the SC and that teh speaker ruling cannot be challenged and that teh speaker can set aside SC verdicts...The judges ruled that teh speakers ruling was not part of teh off limits parliamentary process and could be challenged and changed...The PPP is now looking for leaders in a leaderless party...teh parties punjab wing is especially a yateem organization as punjabis are not usually allowed to prosper as leaders in teh PPP...many say the PPP should guard against teh gilani phenomenon of becoming too one city based and not reacting fast enough to problems...midway Gilani turned seraiki nationalist and lost support in teh rest of punjab ...not recognizing looming problems and refusing todo anything about teh power supply shortage problem are not politically appropriate...their electricity program needs tobe drastically overhauled and if there is such a severe shortage than teh 184 exempted feeders must also be disconnected or teh industrial sector be sent on a one month holiday...The PPP also seemed to have no program at the center apart from staying in power...their lack of understanding of democracy was also very apparent...democracy does not mean keeping teh same inept people in power when they have failed...as usual Asif Zardari saw non existent dangers to democracy with one of teh tamest docile fauj and opposition in living memory...teh almost burnt out and unattractive ahmed mukhtar and makhdoom shahabuddin being considered for the PM slot...other candidates in teh run are kaira and teh more political khurshid shah...this can be regarded as a victory of teh SC and the PTI and some dissident PMln wala's...In the end Gilani who apparently broke into tears was left crooked and corrupted...the only thing going for him was a pretty face amongst teh usually ugly politicians...his apparent acquisition of wealth thru politics was apparent in teh costly suits and 200 million loan writeoffs and corrupted children...he is apparently disqualified for five years from getting elected but obviously can be given administration positions...thruout he remained on a collision course with the people,PMLn, judiciary, teh mqm, zardaris...his refusal to devize a program which was pro people in initiative was his most prominent failure..hiking prices and taxes and supporting regionalism in attempting to divide the punjab to keep teh sindi's and pukhtuns happy...many suggest his constitutional amendments have destroyed teh power of teh centre to devize even ordinary people affecting programs...The PPP remained on a collision course with punjab and mqm...finally they brought in the PMLq as a coalition partner which was anathema to most PPP supporters to counter teh unruly destructive mohajirs of teh MQM...
• Jun20-2012--The Supreme Court in a major turnaround clarified teh contempt verdict by declaring that it meant disqualification and that Yusuf Raza Gilani one of teh most inept primeministers pakistan has seen has been disqualified as mna and thus ceases tobe primeminister from 26.o4.2012...The PPP many say now has a chance to redeem its attitudes towards lacklustre, nonchalant,nonresponsive governance and appoint a primeminister who will use teh countries resources to solve its problems and not his own or his parties...they have to realize that dynasties are not what democracy is all about...a youthful can do primeminister who can push this country forward rather than drag it back towards a monarchist dynasty approach dull government which sits waiting for problems to either go away or solve themselves...The PPP has shown an inability to select teh right personnel and change even when teh court pushed it to remove teh prime minister...The PPP again tried to force things back and it shows that there is no one with teh intellect and power to talk and push things along teh right path in teh PPP...maybe it is time for new elections and new people in teh corridors of power who will not be frightened to solve problems and become hogtied by provincial and family matters...

• Jun19-2012--In widespread power riots spread across teh punjab people vented their anger at the poor PPP governance and burnt and pillaged...anger started tobe directed at teh PPP and politicians however the people still thought that it was perhaps teh electricity distribution companies that are at fault even though these things are decided in the islamabad corridors of power and teh load despatch centers...a train was set on fire in kamoke...a mall looted in faisalabad and a PPP politicians's guards fired on protestors attacking his home killing one...over 20 hour long protests occurred in khanewal, kasur, gujranwala,faisalabad, rawalpindi, attock, kasur,kamoke,toba tek singh, sorgodha, okara, chakwal, sahiwal and narowal as roads and railway lines were blocked and offices and motorcycles set on fire...
• Jun19-2012--250 families protest teh qabza group nature of the bahria town chief and teh PMLq's chaudhries in teh salkhatar golf city and hotel project 15 kilometers from rawal dam in murree tehsil...many say riaz malik has occupied lands without payment and is blocking access to an old village...one irfan abbasi says his 617 kanals land was occupied while he was in china getting a liver transplant...The LHC and SC have been playing around for a year with the cases despite some judgements in lower courts...teh dawn says riaz malik claims over 3300 kanals of land of which he kicked back 250 kanals to teh Pmlq's chaudhries...

• Jun18-2012--as demand soared due to teh heat there was only 30% power for the ordinary public...power riots are reported across teh punjab with violence reported in chichwatni...The government has created a mess and teh first steps should be to cancel all agreements and ask power producers to arrange their own fuel...in summer months gas should be plentiful as well as hydel generation...It seems a common sense option that since teh ministry of water and power and the breakup of wapda have failed to provide solutions that a countrywide similarity in organisation be implemented and wapda be reinvented or a new organisation that handles all aspects of private, public and financial aspects of generation, distribution and billing......dividing wapda and shifting responsibility to the federal government have failed to deliver...pakistan must shift from agri centrism to electricity centrism to change teh situation...just hiking tariffs has not provided any solution...and more high level consumers have refused to pay their bills...one of teh solutions is to shut down industry and all commercial areas for a month...
• Jun18-2012--with the country in dire trouble on various fronts...military(US,Nato, taleban, afghan and nato attacks), Judiciary(corruption scandal), power load sheddings, idle governance... teh primeminister and army chief flew off to saudi arabia to attend a funeral....As one of teh most ghastly load sheddings in pakistans history unfolded...12-22 hours of load shedding were seen across teh country apart from 184(exempted) feeders and industries which are only out for six hours a day...the government sat idly by as almost 2500MW generation capacity lay idle and reports of refusal to maximize hydel generation...with teh NTDC chief suspended...Grid station engineers and Load Despatch Center, islamabad which usually controls generation and distribution of power(meaning turning feeders/power stations on and off on just a phone call) had a field day troubling teh people...UPS's started to conk out and the heat became unbearable...with over 700 billion in electricity sales the government tried to shift the blame to lack of bill payments however nobody is buying teh governments attitude or argument since most of the bills outstanding are usually teh governments...

• Jun16-2012--karachiites kill another twelve without anyone being arrested...killers in karachi seem to have teh same protection as arsalan iftikhar...the judiciary many say is stronger than teh armed forces who have been quibbling with the US over an apology for the salala attack as the riaz malik corruption drone attack has been destroyed with just mild damage to teh CJ's reputation...others suggest that teh CJ's credibility is now badly damaged and his functioning will be impaired and controlled by the zardari regime...many suggest that there is noone left with any credibility in the upper echelons of governance...
• Jun16-2012--The price/tax hike mania of teh PPP has been stalled as they reduced petrol prices by Rs10...many suggest that teh PPP's total failure to control power load shedding which has an unprecedented severity has literally ended the PPP's popularity...one minister after another is being thrown into teh power sector but the PPP's pathetic inability to solve problems has been demonstrated clearly...even with increased dam inflows in summer the power sector is just going from bad to worse...
• Jun16-2012--The Gilanis maybe teh biggest benefactor of teh SC corruptiongate saga many say...if teh CJ's son can extort 340 million and get away without being even arrested than what are contempt convictions, ephedrine smuggling and 22 million extortions from party mullahs or wife loan writeoffs...many say the CJ was quite light on Gilanis disqualification although he seemed to suggest that conviction meant disqualification...while he also suggested that not following the SC orders may not be as bad as ridiculing teh judiciary or kicking it in the butt...the SC drone however moved onto the media and attempted to fireoff a few distraction missiles...The Luqman-Mehr Bokhari two almost failed tv anchors utube discussion of power brokers and hamid mir villas raised a storm at how a tv interview of malik riaz should be conducted...
