• Sept15-2014--the IHC CJ ordered the release of 650 march participants while police arrested another 400 for violating section 144...things are no longer tense and even the police are moving towards normality checking vehicles, arresting etc...with the army backing out for the present the tense sharifs also tried to appear normal with literally almost no one issuing any anti imran statements...many now believe that unless the SC issues some surprising decision the effect of the container gate will steadily decline and many suggest that it has become almost like a Hyde Park with two politicians making meaningless speeches...Imran Khan made certain that all police officers knew that he will be a heavy handed pathetic traditional ruler and not let those troubling him into any position if he ever becomes a ruler...!
  
• Sept15-2014--The PMLn claims that the PTI top brass is just as bad as other tax evading bussiness tycoons and politicians ...they said people like Jehangir Tareen had multiple factories and a 7100 canal farmhouse with an airstrip in Lodhran and was a tax evading sugar tycoon...they also said that pervez khattak and Asad Qaiser had six and five relatives in the assemblies or in key positions in KP...They also said the PTI singers were tax evaders and lied about their incomes...he said that sheikh rashid called the chinese bad bussinessmen and that they sold us substandard goods and do number stuff...
  
• Sept15-2014--Javed Hashmi said that Imran Khan lied to him often...and that several top PTI leaders visited rawalpindi(GHQ) several times...he suggested that former ISI wala's like Hameed Gul had been predicting the removal of the government while Imran Khan told him the SC would remove the government and order new elections while sheikh rashid said that army generals would appear before the SC and get the government removed...Javed Hashmi seems disappointed at the failure of the PTI to topple Nawaz Sharif...

• Sept13-2014--Imran and Qadri end talks after they said that 300 activists had been arrested...the police have been trying to initiate action against those that invaded parliament and the PTV HQ...the protestors have been behaving like the police ...beating policemen...using sticks, stones and shields, blocking streets and even acting as security men...attacking government buildings and one supposedly even firing into the crowd....prominent among the arrested is the music man DJ Butt who as arrested seperately for using illegally loud loudspeakers...police say they have recovered some arms too
  
• Sept13-2014--navy reluctantly admits that its serving officials attempted to hijack a frigate and smuggled arms onto a ship...at least three were arrested from balochistan where they were trying to escape to afghanistan
  
• Sept13-2014--The army again insisted thru its spokesman that it was not the scriptwriter for the present situation...in the early days Qadri had insisted that he had a corp commander locked in...and many insist that Imran Khan was taking orders from someone...its better that the army spokesman is issuing statements because after a coup the army chief takes over that job too..however local and Reuter reports suggest that some generals... there are usually upto twenty taking part in a corp comamnders conference were eager to assist Imran Khan force Nawaz Sharif out of a job...it is reported that at least five generals supported taking action however the army chief apparently...rthe army overruled...the army chief's role in the talks ended by his telling Nawaz Sharif that they want you to resign which the PMLn rejected...the spokesman also explained that the PTV HQ was not one of the five buildings that the army was asked to protect...spokesman also said that ten involved in the attack on Malala were arrested over teh apst year
  
• Sept10-2014--A case in the PHC has caused notices to be issued to the KP Chiefminister and Speaker to explain why they are absent from their jobs and participating in a non KP related sitin in islamabad...the PHC can ask them to return to their jobs or be fired under article 190 of the constitution for aberrant behaviour..
  
• Sept10-2014--pakistan looking for a new spinner as legendary saeed ajmal has been banned by the ICC...saeed ajmal bending his arm a bit too much and many believe that he cant spin and bounce the ball both ways without doing that...he should be put out to stud many say and a new younger leg spinner and offspinner should be selected...even afridi is regarded as way past his prime and looking pretty unfit... an option to replace him should also be studied rather than carry him to the world cup and another ignominous failure...

• Sept10-2014--The CJ is hearing a case filed by numerous people to restrict the PTI/PAT/army from unconstitutional acts and why the right of way of numerous people is blocked by the demos...!
  
• Sept10-2014--a war has broken out in karachi suggesting that the people that the Rangers killed were really not behind the karachi mayhem...others say the main culprits are still the PPP and MQM...many say that the shiites wanted the governance of karachi...at the moment they support the mqm...four killed in karachi amongst them a cleric...many suggest that they are retaliations for an earlier killing of a shiite politician...altaf hussein not really a nice person many say...if the Rangers can still not identify motorcycle killers in a karachi infested with video camera's than not much can be achieved...there are over a million motorcycles in karachi and stopping double sawaris will only create problems and not solutions since only one motorcyle rider was the killer
  
• Sept10-2014--many regard imran Khan and nawaz sharif as pretty dumb as to normal politics in pakistan...nawaz sharif does not show much emotion while sitting doing nothing usually while imran khan thinking his support has no other options refuses to even deal with normal reactions emanating from the public as to his generally considered meaningless container gate...with container gate nearing the one month mark many really donot feel emotive about the issues...Imran too does not regard semi opponents like the PPP, Mqm, JI as worthy of dhandli blame...the talks many say have floundered on whether there is such a thing as dhandli and what it is since u cannot really identify whether the thumb imprint belongs to which party..if u cannot identify a thumb imprint isit dhandli since the technology is not a workable one...isit dhandli if the chief minister of balochistan wins in Kech with 138 votes to 35...! so what seems tobe needed is a Dhandli constitutional amendment since the constitution only covers dhandli in constituencies...can losing the election be considered dhandli as in the case of the PPP or can losers like the PTI have sold seats to the PMLn or just committed dhandli too...if u consider 500 bad votes as dhandli than no election will ever be fair...other things tobe considered are whether the ISI or army chief, nawaz sharif or even the PPP can be behind such agitations...are small winning margins really due to dhandli and is containergate really a demonstration...others point to the army chiefs telling Nawaz Sharif that he himself is behind them to frighten his party into supporting his meaningless capitalism...still others laugh at imran khan for being an establishment star all his life and coming to a street demo for the first time at the age of 62...even kids throwing stones are more democratic than him...however many are surprised at the defence minister saying that imran khan has paid his latest electricity bills and pencil khattak giving the army chief a cheque for 100 million for flood relief...!however something has finally moved the imran khan stuck in one groove brain and he is visiting flood affectees in sialkot...others say that if these are really the issues u dont need street demos for them which have really made Nawaz Sharif look like a timid shareef person and the two demo controllers as killers, harsh and ferocious men who cannot understand anything apart from their personal thinking...however nobody has emerged to really challenge Nawaz Sharif in the PMLn although he needs to make serious cabinet changes however most people regard shahbaz sharif as finished and almost anyone can replace him...others suggest that since Nawaz Sharif was not the ruler can it be dhandli if someone else did the chakkar baazi...

• Sept9-2014--Indian attitudes are really pathetic...they dont want us to talk to kashmiris on the other side despite pakistans influence...they keep firing across the LOC...and the normal border ...refuse to talk on major issues...but are willing to provide help for flood victims...would they agree to pakistan helping flood victims in indian kashmir...!the indians want to be seen as mean, nasty and charitable with their hate mongering and refusing to talk sense on kashmir...hindus are generally considered tobe anti charity even to other hindus whom they divide in demeaning castes...many suggest that pakistan's response should be that they would be much happier with an approach to positively solve the kashmir issue...Modi has pushed the indian position to an almost pre 1965 war when a cold war existed between india and pakistan
  
• Sept9-2014--The PPP wants secret talks between the armed forces(army chief) and parliament on its relations with parliament and its control of internal security especially related to politics...many feel that when the army/right wing is denied its internal security dominance or its role/actions are severely critisized than right wing organizations that it can control start making trouble for the government...In this context the Geo group newspapers are praising the unknown role of army chief raheel sharif...the PTI is critisizing the Geo group and has even attacked its offices...The Geo group is partial to the PMLn even though it was attacked for tax evasion by Nawaz Sharif in his previous tenure...many critisize the GEO group which was severely opposed to the previous PPP leaderships and used to print opposition to their corruption in foreign newspapers like the NYTimes thru its journalist types and supported the bandladesh seperation in an anti army attitude...The army conitinues that attitude in fata, balochistan and karachi and now it is considered completely acceptable...recently the Geo group has been identified as one of the major opponents of the PTI...Raheel Sharif has been in the spotlight and has seemed quite soft on dissent, street troublemakers, ethnic and anti parliament troublemakers...in the militaries karachi cleanup while over 400 people were killed not many belonged to the mqm a major troublemaker especially in karachi...similarly the Zarb e Azb operation has no real objectives left in NW and the army should move to clear other areas like orakzai, mohmand and bajaur whose taleban leaders are considered to have more power over militancy...while NW was the powderkeg the leadership remains in other areas which should also either be brought to the table or moved against...an agreement to change is needed from the taleban side to end the military operations in Fata and related areas
  
• Sept9-2014--Talks almost dead locked as PPP refuses to amend constitution in a day...while the PTI and PAT want to predecide what the commissions and judiciary decides..PTI wants dhandli commission to have investigative and adjudicating powers and give a decision in thirty days while the PMLn says that is unconstitutional and they should have an open ended investigative role only...The PTI many say should with the approval of the PMLn file a case in the Supreme Court which already has powers to appoint an investigative official and can also remove a primeminister under article 190 which parliament cannot do...nor can imran khan...commissions generally cannot be given the powers of the SC
  
• Sept9-2014--The flooded chenab and jhelum rivers continue moving south with continuous flooding problems along the way...

• Sept8-2014--many especially commentators feel that the armed forces should realize that backing groups that can cause widespread instability is not wise for both the army leadership and the ISI...while the army generally has considerable influence on all sorts of regimes most army chiefs have always preferred their own choice of rulers...In the present instance the country is becoming slowly stagnant in the governance domain and many feel that even for the slow moving family oriented nawaz sharif getting rid of shahbaz sharif for a more astute leadership in punjab should have been the preferred army advice...hanging onto power when their personal power looks pathetic causes the government more damage than the PTI/Qadri shenanigans...a wise ruler never hangs on to bad advisors or ineffective provincial leaders...it is not necessary for nawaz sharifs powerbase to hold on to shahbaz sharif who should have been sidelined for not being able to deal with problems effectively...a dynasty only survives when its failing breed is removed at the right time
  
• Sept8-2014--Floods ruled the roost as jhelum wreaked havoc in srinagar while the chenab inundated vast areas in gujranwala, sialkot and wazirabad...flood waters expected in sukkur on the 15th...Imran Khan continued to demonstrate a callousness about flood victims as the people in general lost complete interest in his shenanigans due generally to its incomprehensible objectives and disastrous weather conditions(floods and rains) and long duration...Shah mahmood qureshi generally regarded as someone who might have correct attitudes also generated snorts of laughter from the PTI camps when he compared flood victims to his dharna participants...however he said progress was being made in talks but that Imran Khan was still the stumbling block to a solution...the sharifs frightened into hiding by the imran-qadri group cautiously ventured out to suggest helping the disastrous flood victims...rumours were flooding the street that given the emanating nature of the imran-qadri group to viciously attack opponents they might have been behind the elimination of a former punjab governor who worked for Imran Khans Pace empire...old beaurocrats were suggesting that the imran-qadri group was evolving into a semi terrorist threat perception which after subduing the police was attempting to neutralize the armed forces, frightening the press and beaurocracy before making the destablized nawaz sharif regime become an orderly and eventually they can be defeated in elections or lose power due to their inability to handle a group that is considered considerably weaker in popular support...others suggest that the PMLn should offer the leadership of the PMLn to Imran Khan if he amalgamates his party into the PMLn given the pathetic inability of the sharifs to handlle them...however the PMLn would have to get rid of the sharifs to eventually emerge weaker with a less acknowledged leadership...The PMLn has thrived on the sharifs surviving despite splits and exiles which destroyed the PPP...an acknowledged capitalistic leaning leadership with no known challengers has caused the PMLn to get a huge support base in punjab as well as other areas of the country...they control much of the shopkeeper community in punjab while the PMLq controls CNG wallahs and LPG dealerships...the PMLn has managed to acquire support of a large portion of the biradri's who prefer a peaceful stable environment as well as the military/coup supporters...as well as the more peaceful large sunni middle ground...The PMLn is generally regarded as frightened of the PTI's huge but not comparable to the PMLn's support base and are always willing to make deals with people popular in specific constituencies...
  
• Sept7-2014--The army chief many feel sometimes becomes blind to what is happening in the country..who remembers zarb e aazb when the imran khan imbroglio and threatening floods makes the life of at least the people living in the north miserable...around 200 deaths reported from floods in a few days with further problems in the chenab expected...Imran Khan now wants to take the issue to court...not the dhandli but the utterances of the primeminister...apparently both verifiable and unverifiable thumb imprints belong to the PMLn...accoprding to Nadra reports no imran khan thumb has yet surfaced...!
  
• Sept7-2014--somebody said there is a new joke these days..."imran bin ikramullah has changed his name to tarik bin ziyad...some foolish arab general who burned his own boats...nobody burns their own boats these days ie. apart from the indians who blew up their own submarine thinking it was the pakistanis come to attack bomabay again...!!!somebody else suggested that they rename him as Akar khan or Dheet khan...!!!he does'nt even realize that the thumb imprints that are not verified might be those of his own supporters...others talk of magnetic inkpads...still others say there is no such thing as everywhere dollar inkpads were used...still others suggest that imran khan should go to the wagah border...and shout "mujhe azadi mil gai" that might solve the problem...others say that he is a personal ghulam of nawaz sharif as the people are not slaves of anybody...nether him nor them...Nawaz Sharif apparently bought him from his poor parents when he was a child...!!!no other political party seems to have been enslaved by the PMLn...!others suggest that he is seeking the rishta of somebody called azadi...whether for himself or his sons...?
  
• Sept6-2014--The PPP is literally corrupt as they repair 36 almost new buses at the cost of Rs40 million...Qaim Ali shah who has bought 70 acres with just his mafiosi income must be really be hard up money for the poverty stricken Zardaris...many say they charge the provincial government huge amounts for public advertisements...and that the nawaz sharif son owns the the companies that run lahores cleaning and metro...!
  
• Sept6-2014--The dying monsoons lashed out in the north of the country as another 85 deaths were caused with other huge losses...many believe that such things are happening because of the government-PTI imbroglio which is also turning the country into stuttering administratively(viz floods), damaging economically and bumbling politically...the negotiations instead of ending have finally resulted in the PMLn refusing to even consider the issues of dhandli as time barred...the army chief is being termed as a softie as he refuses to twist the arms of both the quarrelling politicians...many want the army chief to arrest the protesting leaders and force them to negotiate in front of him in some remote army encampment or even Murree as done in the Bhutto case...others suggest that they be relocated to live in Fata for a couple of months without electricity, water and health facilities...!there is no point in army intervention or intermediation if the solutions are not immediate or quick...whenever the talks move or stutter imran khan immediately says he is not budging if he does not get a resignation...many say the PMLn should leave them be and they will probably still be sitting in D-chowk in 2018...i would suggest that they offer Imran Khan new elections in April 2015 at the national level as no provincial assembly wants tobe disbanded...the PMLn is generally not responsible for the judiciary, ECP or the interim governments who were generally seen as PPP supporters...one really does not know why nawaz sharif has been dragging along najam sethi an avowed zardari fan with anti sharif credentials...Imran Khan however has moved his encampment back to D-chowk with his supporters already feeling that it is really not that much fun anymore...!
  
• Sept6-2014--the speaker could not handle it...who is generally known to accept chaudhry nisar as a standin for the primeminister who has never visited parliament as much as he does now...nawaz sharif also could not handle the altercation between his lawyer aitezaz ahsan and his interior minister...initially aetezaz ahsan said that the minister is frowning at me...it turns out that aitezaz ahsan had suggested that the interior minister be removed to handle and end the agitation..Aitezaz Ahsan who many accuse of improperly handling benazir cases to favor nawaz sharif than accused the brother of chaudhry nisar a lt. general and secretary defence of aiding the coup against nawaz sharif...that resulted in the billionaire type aitezaz ahsan being accused of being the head of the countries biggest land mafia...coming on top of that chaudhry aitezaz ahsan was called a loan shark...many accuse chaudhry nisar of cooperating with musharaf while in jail and opposing the more activist javed hashmi who was handling the PMLn while nawaz was in exile...many say musharaf released nisar from jail to softenup the PMLn who was than immediately referred to as a military snake with dubious intentions...that resulted eventually in javed hashmi leaving the PMLn...many accuse aitezaz ahsan including benazir bhutto of not following orders and making the country accept a terrible chief justice...but for the lawyers movement the country would have moved ahead on the musharaf removal...it was also revealed that aeitezaz ahsan owned an LPG agency which is synonymous with military corruption and sufarishi types...The PPP wala's have big heads and can rarely take any criticism while the PMLn and the PTI revel in mudslinging..
  
• Sept4-2014--The mna's nearly claim to blows as PMLn mna's chided shah mahmood qureshi for playing into the hands of the military and being a pawn of imran khan...while nawaz sharif has coup plotting credentials being a pawn of zia ul haq...shah mahmood qureshi is know to have sent advisory emails to another coup plotter musharaf...many have critisized nawaz sharif for having a musharaf pawn Zahid Hamid in his cabinet...others suggest that was the result of behind the scenes agreement with the PMLq...it is no wonder that imran khan lost with teh PPP buckling under teh taleban pressure too...however shah mahmood's father was made the nazim of multan during the musharaf era even though at that time shah was in the PPP and his father a muslim leaguer...lately people have suggested that nawaz sharif might have financed or backed the zia ul haq coup given that he is probably the only one whose fathers nationalized industry was returned by zia ul haq...however many point to the coup plotting credentials of the imran khan family as his nana(grandfather) was a coup plotter(Lt. general) with ayub khan and a known looter who even took with him state property...he is also related to Javed Burki a sifarishi appointed the cricket captain for an england tour in the ayub khan era...Javed Burki who later became a seasoned beaurocrat also dealt with the wapda disintegration/reforms and literally turned a working corporation into an unmanageable mixup of electricity organisations in which both the people and government have suffered...now that system is headed by the secretary water and power and with no end in sight to loadshedding and tariff increases
  
• Sept4-2014--The talks thru suspicious looking opponents some of whom are clearly allied with imran khan have moved somewhere apparently...with shah mahmood qureshi not finalizing their resignations with one suggestion that imran khan toss a coin to decide since he has no normal thinking left...however the PTI was looking for a written agreement that the PMLn would resign if the commission said that wholesale rigging had taken place...siraj ul haq kept pressing on with meaningless words that have been trampled on by both sides...however apart from that there was no movement...since the PMLn does not believe that any rigging took place they would happily give a written agreement although they had better be wary of recalcitrant judges who do not need evidence to make decisions as the CJ said that he was not allied with the PTI...many suggest a seasoned beaurocrat to handle the dhandli commission who are usually more thorough than judges such as the head of the lahore model town tribunal...others say a commission would not be able to reach a decision in a month if it had to study literally each and every result...upto now the only available info is that the former CJ appointed the returning officers, fakhruddin ibrahim was not too tough and was reccomended by Imran Khan although many see fakhruddin as the only CEC with any credibility...the only thing to note that all the losers say it was dhandli...nobody says there was dhandli in sindh but imran khan...with the mqm known to hang opposing agents from highrise buildings...the pathetic altaf hussein feeling left out and worthless in england also announced that he was collecting mna/mpa/senators resignations as the national assembly/parliament was literally fooling him...mqm known to leave the government whenever they feel that elections could even be possibly near...!however many say he has looted karachi and its politics into the sea...
  
• Sept4-2014--many feel that pakistani politics has fallen into the Hyde Park syndrome where all and sundry can go and say whatever in their speeches...others say that the parks and area in front of the national assembly should be turned into a Hyde Park where everyone can go and make speeches...obviously imran khan and tahir ul qadri seem unaware that only a member of the national assembly can say whatever he wants inside the national assembly...many have started to feel a bit alienated with the general nature of the speeches even though supporters were pretty excited initially...it became meaningless when it became apparent that they could not occupy the government...Javed Hashmi says that Imran khan misled them by opining that new elections would be held in September...it has also become apparent that according his own words Imran Khan does not believe in honesty and credibily...others suggest that the speakers should accept the resignations so that new elections can be held in thirty days...only Javed Hashmi has confirmed his resignation as yet!...many are suggesting that due to the hardships just to their workers the PTI/PAT leaders that is if they feel the difficulties of ordinary workers should end their protest and gather once a month to keep registering their protests if the national assembly is not enough for them...
  
• Sept4-2014--In what can be said tobe a change the PTI mna's have barged into the house and are suggesting that they too can make mistakes like the judiciaries Doctrine of necessity...The PTI has to realize that they are different from the crazy Qadri's(they killed a governor too)...an organized party has organized demos not street blockages like the semi terrorist MWM...a demonstration is different from an agitation which is meant to disrupt rather than solve or change...however the other change is that Nawaz Sharif has disappeared from the assembly...he only attended it during the dharna's few days probably frightened of the pack of killers that Qadri has been transporting around...in a democracy the opposition moves a resolution of no confidence and it is defeated by 200-100...Imran Khan should learn the muk-muka of democracy......in the type of demos or street demos that the qadri-imran group has organized there is ususally no way to a solution or decision...going onto the street does not mean that u stay their for the rest of your life...put up a jhanda and banner and move on...they did frighten nawaz sharif into attending the assembly for a few days which he has not done for a year...many feel that every week there should be a question hour in the assembly that is answered by the primeminister who should study issues and be able to take up followups...at the moment the primeminister looks like a dud heldup only by the opposition...however the areas in front of the assembly and supreme court are clearing up...
  
• Sept3-2014--Javed Hashmi who was a IJT student leader says he followed around Zulfikar Ali Bhutto for a whole year...he attended the national assembly today and expressed doubts about what he was doing...Imran Khan on the other hand seems to have had a repressed desire to join a military dictatorship...he says the zia's wanted him in the cabinet...there are also reports of his wanting to join the musharaf regime as a primeminister...musharaf however rejected his overtures...and now he wants to join some strange Qadri dictatorship who seems to copy things done by other dictators...he has expressed his failure by suggesting that he will probably be left alone in his containership as the people leave him one by one...with there being no chance of nawaz sharif resigning one does not see an end in sight unless the national assembly authorizes some serious action against his agitational politics...he says he will not be controlled by anyone so he can only have dumb onlookers rather than any serious interactive association...
  
• Sept2-2014--The rumour mill had nawaz sharif resigning in the afternoon with the possible successor being Ahsan Iqbal as the army informed the primeminister that it was his job and the army would only act to save a collapse of governmental authority...which did occur as militants invaded PTV headquarters and shut down some transmissions...however a sole group of five to seven soldiers were able to push the numerous agitators out of the building within half an hour...The ISPR finally issued a statement saying that the military and ISI did not back the agitators or the imran-tahir group..many have surmised that the PMLn has been backing out thinking that the military had put up the troublemakers...others assume that the troublemakers are former friends of nawaz sharif or the PPP...many assume that imran khan was funded by the ISI as he became friends with the likes of sheikh rashid and the chaudhries...however the armies assertion that the use of force would be counterproductive does not seem tobe reasonable or acceptable advice... however the clashes have diminished to some extent...as there is presently no way out for the government or the agitators who are in a no win situation too but cannot back down as well showing a dearth of leadership qualities...
  
• Sept1-2014--The army after a four hour discussion cameup with thin air...continue the political process and the anarchy prone Imran-tahir tactics...while Nawaz Sharif is literally stuck with his do nothing unless forced to the army has basically said that it will only move in to help if the agitators cross the line..The army has failed to suggest that it can use strongarm methods to cool things down...it should have issued a statement that violence from both sides is unacceptable...however the police have to do something if verbal orders are not accepted by the imran- tahir group...tear gas and rubber bullets are the norm and are considered acceptable responses to anarchists who are at best deaf and dumb...however the negotation tactics of both sides donot show any result orientation...The army is basically patting both sides on the back for making them look good and the only option left...One does not see any hope in the current army methods of mediation...History shows that win or lose pakistan has never accepted militant organisations whether they be the mukti bahini, mqm, taleban or baloch liberationists...it is also the reason that pakistan divided into two and not into five or six or seven...The only way the PMLn can defeat such militant anrachic agitations is by defeating them on the street...they are not prone to accept verbal gobbldygook which is true in vice versa...
  
• Sept1-2014--By changing the attitudes and politics of the PTI on a wholesale basis Imran Khan caused a minor divide by firing the PTI president Javed Hashmi who had been at odds with his methods...Javed Hashmi is a former Punjab University union leader, a volatile seraiki and formerly allied with the PMLn and anti martial law advocate...he now says he see's no difference between the imran-tahir image and martial law...Imran Khan also fired three Mna's who refused to resign or follow his anarchist redesign...
