• Nov10-2017--after returning from iran the army chief met the american ambassador not the primeminister...!Before that he also secretly went off to the UAE and Saudia...the iranians yemni militia had recently fired a missile at saudia and the saudis suddenly arrested over 200 princes and ministers for corruption...!a prince was also killed in a helicopter crash near the yemeni border...incidently the son of the former crown prince...!seemed like the saudis were putting down a mutiny...corruption not considered common in saudia's top echelon is handled individually that is in general...!So what caused the sudden visit of the army chief to iran the first they say in twenty years...many had noticed the shiite inclinations of the primeminister and the army chief recently...The TNFJ a sectarian type outfit had met the primeminister...!The iranian faujis seemed tobe laughing at the army chief where he suggested that they should try diplomacy for solving problems...apparently he did not find a receptive ear as the iranians have been successful in their military meddling in arab areas...so he just suggested that they deal with terrorism on their borders jointly...mostly the cross border movements have been smugglers and insurgents of both sides...!one is reminded here of mosul where the iranians and iraqis bombed the whole town into rubble just to eliminate a few hundred ISIS fighters...!the ISIS is almost finished but the syrians, iraqis, iranians, pakistanis and afghans still continue to fight an imaginary enemy...even the russians and USA fought the ISIS! They surprisingly also told the iranians who have not only meddled in other countries but also had the russians bomb iraqi territory from iran that they would never fire a missile at them...!one would at least suggest that any military adventurism by the iranians would be dealt with severely...The army has the same attitude against india...!once the pakistan army tries tobe friendly to countries like india, iran and afghanistan they end up in the US or russian laps...!and oppose pakistan tooth and nail...!
  
• Nov10-2017--In karachi the MQM-P and the PSP held a joint press conference...to suggest a joining of forces...however after mustafa kamal suggested that they had been talking for six months and that the MQM-p would be amalgamated into the PSP...farook sattar rebelled and suggested that he would resign from politics and asked the army chief and intelligence chiefs for help to regain his honour...!One wonders why the mqm appeals to the army chief...!his colleagues than mustered around to get him going again...recent polls have suggested that the divisions in the mqm might decrease their support thru division and thus the seats might go to the PPP and PTI instead...he also wanted to know how Mustafa Kamal had got a bungalow and bullet proof vehicle while he still lived in his fathers 1969 home...!compared with the sharifs who emerged from gawalmandi to riches in government, industry, saudia and england despite being disadvantaged by accountability, coup plotters and government harassment...The sharifs now claim that the judiciary is harassing them venomously...!

• Nov10-2017--The WB tells the army chief that there will be 5.5% growth in 2017-2018...The army chief who like most kakulians knows little about the economy barring allocations in the budget was troubled by there being no growth...he probably thought the growth would be visible and growing on trees in the DHA's..!
• Nov10-2017--a soldier and five militants killed in a cross border attack in the Rajgal area that the army had recently cleared of terrorists...!
