Mar31-2024-- a 300 lawyers letter has called for the SC to itself handle the issue of judges complaints against practically the ISI and police...and one instance of cameras being found installed in a judge home...apparently seven complaints are mentioned..in which one judge is said to have developed hypertension...the judges are said to have written to judges on the SJC which deal with judges malpractices...if the judiciary is independent than the high courts are not technically subordinate to the SC..That the iSi interferes in cases is known...The police are involved anyway as they deal with prosecution in most cases ...investigation would be required to find out the people involved and whether someone can develop hypertension due to such meddling or that there are cameras that film automatically...maybe they robbed the cameras from the safe city project...on the one hand the meddling by intelligence agencies is not allowed and on the other judges have committed malpractices by accepting such meddling...they detail meddling in the imran illegal daughter case...although one has not heard of what happened to the case...can the isi pressurize friends and family...it would create a huge network of who would have tobe protected from meddling...in a more serious case a brother in law of a judge was abducted and administered electrical shocks...that should be investigated...and a video was made and a case filed against the judge in the SJC...about videos being made PTI political may 9 absconders say that they were forced to do so...that probably does not come under judges meddling...
anyway what has come about is that tassaduq jillani a supposedly a PMLn supported judge has been appointed to a head a commission and identify anyone in the government or intelligence who did this meddling...that would require the judges detailed identification of cases and probably another to findout their names and positions...usually armed abducters are rarely identified...in recent cases such as the bhutto case and siddiqui case the court did not try to deal with the meddlers even though judge siddiqui has mentioned names in his speeches...so Jillani would have to set up a investigation and identification deptt...the iSI/police can easily say that they were not their men and or even if identified as ISI officers that were not doing this officially..Initially the judge should try to create a system where the IHC sets up a meddling unit of lets say judges, iSI and police which have the powers to identify and put those responsible behind bars...if the commission is to indentify those involved in seven cases even quite a lot of work is involved even if evidence and information is available...
Mar31-2024--The PCB has removed Shaheen Shah Afridi as captain and reappointed Baber Azam as whiteball captain...while Pakistan has a capable team apparently some one match wonders/poor selection have destroyed over all ability...the PCB has selected players on supposed ability which they are unable to deliver...recently fast bowlers have been getting injured despite there being a lot of them around...shaheen shah afridi has been making efforts to work up to his best ability in bowling and even trying batting but the tour of australia, new zealand and PSL9 showed that selection and captaincy were not upto the mark...shaheen won the previous two PSL's but lost all but one match this time...most think that baber azam is not a good captain and leaves much tobe desired in matters of strategy, handling players and selection(considering the team selection for peshawat zalmi)...we also have quite a number of pukhtun players...many thought the PCB would go for the PSL9 winning captain Shadab another niazi but the selection committee were not that strong to stand up to even mohsin naqvi..the selection committee has a former caretaker minister/ industrialist working for an education tycoon as a data analyst...a coach has not yet been selected...however Gary Kirsten and Jason Gillespie are said tobe under consideration...Baber Azam apparently does not want tobe blamed for the results of the T20 worldcup in advance...as a captain he makes decisions and is the top batter and will be held responsible unless some players are even worse disastrous failures...he has the New Zealand series to work on getting the players confidence...at the moment Baber azam is still the best batsman they have but he might have newer talent such as Usman khan at his disposal...Iftikhar ahmed and Imad Wasim may also be available to play out the middle/end of the matches better...a number of spinners have emerged too...how the PCB selects the team will display whether they have learnt a lesson or not...at the moment they have four keepers in the 29 and only mohd rizwan and sahibzada farhan have any real batting ability...mohd rizwan also has started to have injury concerns...Baber azam has upto now only had to depend on his own batting ability and mohd rizwan to back him up...but many see his form slipping even though he is still consistent...if the other players play upto their ability than he has no problems..but if the team slips in thinking and forms groups and politics comes into play than he is bound to have trouble...in cricket as every knows u can give a catch or drop a catch on your own thinking/concentration/form too...The army has the cricket players doing the kakul shuffle in kakul...

Mar27-2024--On Tuesday, six IHC judges — out of a total strength of eight — wrote a letter to the Supreme Judicial Council (SJC) members, regarding attempts to pressure judges through abduction and torture of their relatives as well as secret surveillance inside their homes.The judges who are generally semi-activist types with supposedly pti overtones will probably hardly succumb to such pressures...one wonders why they do not report such matters immediately or take cognisance themsleves..SJC not the proper forum...judges have the right to recuse if they have such problems...although some of them think they are powerful enuf to even call up the puny primeminister on some matters...upto now none have called up the type of administrators who are accused by them...maybe the CJP should setup a police committee that investigates such matters with the iSI/police/ib...bugs in pakistan are not that sophisticated and usually require a listener vehicle i think/computer etc....eg. one of the judges thinks that all disappearances are government actions when PTI absconding are in hiding in the middle east, england, canada and KP/USA...

According to the International Monetary Fund (IMF) estimates for the fiscal year 2022-23, the federal PSDP portfolio of Rs10.32 trillion alone contained about 1,153 development projects. This includes 909 ongoing projects worth Rs7.96tr, coupled with the addition of 244 new projects with a total cost estimate of Rs2.26tr.
Against such a large programme, the 2022-23 budget allocated a paltry sum of Rs727.5bn. It is no wonder the IMF believed that this rate of execution required, on average, 14.1 years for a project to reach completion, and that too only if no new projects were started during this time.

Mar21-2024--Imran files a case for setting up a commission of SC(who supposedly are not biased against anyone) judges to study irregularities in 2024 elections...the PTI case is said tobe based on results being different in form45's and form 47's (results in forms 47 are a tabulation of forms 45)...a few(three or four) form 45's have been the cause in which apparently(they say) a number has been changed...no evidence is attached...Imran filed a similar case against the 2013 elections which was rejected by the commission...he wants all consequent governments suspended but he conveniently forgets the Sic government in KP...!

Mar17-2024--imran says he personally ordered dubious anti Pakistan pamphlets distribution at the IMF office in Washington which the government is calling sleazy and anti-Pakistan and treason...according to imran anti-military sloganeering also took place...imran is calling for the stopping of IMF funds...while a new fund program may come after April 2025...IMF not going to back down at this stage...imran seems unable to understand certain words like mandate and audit...a tribunal could only check thumb imprints if there are severe or largescale problems...other form of audits could be to check for counting problems and rechecking each vote...checking the forms 45's is a very easy exercise...most of the voting generally has been normal with some problems only in Karachi and a few other places...a mandate can only be achieved when a sizable majority is achieved which the PTi only has in KP...therefore suggesting mandate theft is poppycock...The courts have already approved the denial of the symbol and the KP larger bench approved the refusal to SIC of reserved seats...senate seats are rarely fixed and the parties including the PTI have selected outsiders based on need...SIC and PPP should reap most of the senate seats unless a largescale rebellion takes place...article 6 may go against him rather than the supposed mandate thieves...imran generally seems tobe working for foreign interests intentionally...there would be a great difficulty to suggest that voting inefficiencies or problems could be treason but actions against the government/country can easily be considered tobe treacherous and in line with treason...as for his 30 million votes most went to a losing cause …even the religious parties got around 6 million votes but no mandate...total votes can be considered impressive but they do not automatically translate into any type of mandate unless u join a coalition. It was a fragmented/split mandate, and the people went with the main parties causing lesser fragmentation...No one at this stage wants a coalition with the unfriendly Sic…for a no trust he will need the PPP and he is not even willing to talk to them...!having too many a hang-up's about politics/political maneuvering is always counterproductive...and one supposes being in cahoots with everyone is better than being isolated like u know who...however there did not seem any open consultation between the caretakers, military, beaurocracy, police, ECP, judiciary, politicians...party delegations met the ECP regularly who was generally willing to take responsibility and stand up for himself...and things happened clearly and transparently...there are just too many institutions/issues and polling stations for everyone to agree to a pre-decided outcome...that is not how it works...

Mar 16-2024--The PTi trying to sabotage the image of Pakistan and its elections in every way possible way suggesting that the IMF has to promote fair elections and governance...as for democracy the iMF is giving $8 billion to military ruled Egypt and its job is to help fiscal problem ridden countries...with Pakistan going for it 25th IMF deal it apparently is always in fiscal ruin...needing the IMF dole...that is the motto of this government...Pakistan inflation to become near its average growth in 2028...!they had apparently $5660.13 in outstanding loans to the IMF in Dec2023...! Their position is "Ms. Kozack: I'm not going to comment on politics. Only to say that the IMF stands ready, as I said, to send a mission after a new cabinet is formed, and we look forward to working with the government to ensure stability, macroeconomic stability, for the good of the people of Pakistan."
