April14-2023--Abbas Afridi was the highest wicket taker in the recent PSL but he finds no place even in the shaheen squad or senior T20 squad..he could easily have replaced faheem ashraf/mohd nawaz /shadab khan who had no great batting/bowling exploits and one alrounder like iftikhar ahmed is usually enough if imad wasim or shadab khan bat well...faheem ashraf is more at home as a occasional test alrounder...shadab/faheem ashraf/mohd nawaz too have not been batting that well although imad wasim has perked up...maybe the selectors have not been paying attention to form and performances...

April 14-2023--imran who is a member of the luxury living elite and lives in a 8 kanal house owned by his deceased mother has been issued a notice for tax assessment purposes...apparently imran demolished the old house and built a huge one in 2020 covering over eight kanals/12000 square feet ...he will have to pay a tax of Rs.200000-Rs300000 which was levied in 2014 but imran has avoided paying any taxes..these niazis are habitual tax evaders...
April14-2023--PPP forms senior leaders three member committee to convince allies of talks to the problematic PTI who have always rejected the outcome of previous talks...however the former speaker who some see as the root of the problem as he was unable to standup to imrans shenanigans...says now they are willing to participate in a one time delay in elections amendment which could again be struck down on unconstitutionality...!some think that the army might be interested in a new coalition that being a PPP-PTI one..the best way to douse a problem is to join the problem...!
Apr14-2023--Things in the SC deteriorated further as the CJ and his yes men suspended a law passed by parliament.They seem quite confused as the law is not yet operative...they say the right of appeal cannot be forced on them despite it being a right...the only aspect that can be deemed political is according the right of appeal to previous suo motos...the formation of a committee of three to decide to initiate a suo motu and finalize a bench is not a clipping of powers just forcing the CJ to consult two senior judges on the matter...no internal matters are touched upon as the CJ was deciding things unilaterally...trying to interfere in the basic power of parliament that is legislation does not seem right...
April14-2023--The national assembly rejected dar's bill on allocating money to the ECP...saying that that should go to the budget committee...the court would have to issue contempt notices to the committee, speaker or the entire national assembly...government sees a clear attempt to subjugate parliament ansd passed another resolution against the SC attempts to order around the parliament...
April14-2023--after protests that another operation in the tribal areas would cause further problems the top brass to brief NA in camera and question the need to do so...The TTP apparently still operating from afghan soil and some suggest their members come and go..defence minister suggest that cross border bombings might be a last resort..
Apr1-2023--It is April 1 and we are being fooled by both dar and the judiciary...Bandial tried to fool the entire the entire country by forcing out mandokhel from the four judge bench on the punjab elections...and saying that everything is fine...mandokhel however said that they had supported the dissenting two judges on the March 1 judgement and it was 4-3 against and that bandial had avoided discussing the bench with him...Dar however went one step further and raised the electricity price to Rs.43 from Jul 1, 2023...from no where he brought a Rs3.32 seperate surcharge and gave it the protection of a sovreign guarantee to his friends in the IPP...a sovreign gaurantee could have resulted from negotiations but no such talks were visible and it must be illegal to apply a sovreign gaurantee so late in the game to an additional charge...it is no help to the people if it is listed seperately...those using less than 200 units and tubewells would have to pay an additional 43 paisas per unit...!
April 1, 2023--wheat/food is so expensive these days that there was a stampede at a food distribution center organized by a private factory killing 12 in karachi...the factory had to flood the place to keep people out...nine women and three children as the hundreds of women panicked and stampeded...
