24Sept -2024--the key outcome of the release of the reserved seats judgement is the seeming craziness of Justice Mansoor ali shah who blew up at the minority judges, the CJP and the governments amendments of the practice and procedure law...he said that he would not sit on the procedures committee...!he inter alia said that the laws and constitution can go to hell and he will only protect insaf...The reserved seats verdict is technically considered unconstitutional...The ECP is unable to implement it and the SC might have to send its bailiff to the national assembly/provincial assemblies/ECP to enforce compliance...!technically the SC can use the army to implement its judgment...!The key amendment to the P and P law is that the third member can be appointed by the CJP...Justice Isa promptly used it to replace Justice Munib Akhter...thus giving himself breathing space for his remaining tenure ...he can theoretically now order the hearing of the appeal against the reserved seats judgement...
23Sept-2024--The ISI chief has apparently been replaced by Lt. Gen Asim Malik a sword of honor recipient. No word on the whereabouts of the probably retired Lt. Gen Nadeem Anjum who has been a low-key ISI chief and was appointed in 2021 controversially by Imran after first refusing. There was supposedly a standoff with the army chief for several weeks...that is supposedly what many regard as the reason for the end of Imran's rule. Apparently, news was released on X... usually newly promoted Lt. generals are made ISI chiefs...however Nadeem Anjum was a Corp commander and Asim malik had been an adjutant in GHQ for the last three years...that way he will probably stay as ISI chief for one year as Lt. generals are usually retired after four years...The ISI theoretically is supposed to handle political controversies, any spies in the military and strategic policies...some even suggest that they handle cross border actions and internal spying on government and military...their key directorate that supposedly causes trouble is countering internal problems ...however they are supposedly the key part of the suggested establishment which is blamed for everything...The establishment theoretically includes the army chief, GHQ, ISI chief and some key beaurocrats such as the ECP chief......as adjutant general the new ISI chief was handling administrative, personnel and disciplinary matters which include military trials (Faiz Hameed) and May9 arson matters...

19Sept-2024--In a continuation of his machiavillaneous mischoevous politics Imran👿👹😡 the jailed corrupt ex - leader has filed more cases or plans to do so as the earlier cases near a conclusion...he is now trying to preempt government actions in military trials and constitutional amendments as well as the 190 billion corruption reference in which land and money were gifted as corruption to him and his wife...both are otherwise paupers and have no income apart from state gifts and contractor payments...the duo now have Rs500 million each in their accounts after their recent stint in government...!there is no word from the Punjab government and military on military trials for Imran...on the constitutional front the government after failing in its first attempt...says it will try once more...the amendment has failed because of PTi's propaganda that it is meant to increase the duration of Qazi faez isa's stint and increase the lifespan of other judges...Imran literally trembling/howling in anger at having to deal with Qazi faez isa for another year or so if he stays on which he is not expected to...Irfan Siddiqui clarifies that they are not contemplating increasing the retirement age of judges or extend the term of Qazi faez isa...in the USA top judges have a lifetime tenure and only leave when they die or quit...Imran was daggers drawn against faez isa even before he became CJP and filed corruption references against him and his wife for having three homes in England...!Qazi faez isa was a top lawyer before he became BHC judge and CJ and then was promoted to the SC...it is said that Imran and the PTI had a red line to attack military installations even at the time of his first dharna when he attacked the national assembly and prime ministers house...the military than intervened to stop the destruction of the national assembly...Khawaja Asif says that there are now up to five judges from the same/ some chambers of lawyers...!
16Sept-2024--The governing coalition it seems has been unable to cobble a 224 vote 2/3rd number in the national assembly and even in the senate it is seemingly impossible to get the 64 number due to the unreliable fazlur rehman who despite being with the PTI is trying to fool the PMLn...That seems to end any hope of a constitutional amendment which could give CJP Qazi Isa a chance to stay on even though he has categorically stated that he had told the government that he would not stay on...Despite that some dubious lawyers kept trying to create the impression that they have more leverage to have Isa leave...The government though thinks that a three year fixed term for the CJP would bring stability to judicial turmoil...The constitutional package thought to include a constitutional court and an amendment that could allow votes of party rebels tobe counted...usually each CJP brings in a personal system and individual viewpoints...
